By signing below, I authorize Epicurean Escapes to charge the credit card provided herein.

 

Client understands and agrees that they shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, and taxes arising from booking services with Company under this Agreement. By submitting payment securely via credit card through the online payment processor, Client authorizes and allows Company to use the submitted credit card as the payment method under this Agreement, including any and all future payments due.

 

EXCEPT IN CASES OF ACTUAL FRAUD, CLIENT AGREES NOT TO DISPUTE CHARGES WITH CLIENT’S BANK(S) OR CREDIT CARD COMPANY(IES) IN ORDER TO AVOID PAYMENTS OR OVERRIDE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO CANCELLATIONS OR REASONS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF COMPANY. If Client initiates a chargeback, reversal, or recollection of a previously authorized payment, Company reserves the right to dispute the chargeback, reversal, or recollection and to recover any and all additional costs, fees, or expenses resulting from that action, including, without limitation, court costs, platform fees, and attorney fees.
