Failure to make your final payment by the deadline will result in cancellation without refund.

For double occupancy bookings, if you're roommate does not submit their final payment by the due date, you will be responsible for the solo rate or finding another roommate. Name changes may incur additional supplier fees.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• Passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond your return date.
• Visa rules vary by nationality. It is the traveler’s responsibility to verify entry requirements.
• Curated Vacay is not responsible for denied boarding due to improper documentation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)

Egypt is a long-haul international trip. Travel insurance protects your investment in case of:

• Illness
• Trip delays
• Flight cancellations
• Medical emergencies abroad
• Trip interruption

If you decline travel insurance, you assume full financial responsibility for any cancellations or disruptions.

All travelers will be required to provide proof of insurance or sign a travel insurance declination form within 14 days of final payment.

Insurance should be purchased within 7–14 days of deposit for maximum coverage eligibility.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All payments are non-refundable unless covered by travel insurance.
• No refunds for no-shows.

COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS

Primary communication regarding invoice items will be via email.

Response time: 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday).

Emergency contact details will be provided closer to departure.

GROUP EXPERIENCE POLICY

This is a curated cultural group experience.

All travelers are expected to:

• Conduct themselves respectfully
• Follow local laws and customs
• Respect group timelines
• Follow guide instructions during excursions

Failure to comply may result in removal from group activities without refund.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT

By submitting payment, you authorize Curated Vacay to charge your card for agreed amounts according to the payment schedule.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Curated Vacay to resolve any concerns.

Signed booking agreements and payment authorizations will be used to dispute unauthorized chargebacks.
