DEPOSIT DISCOUNT:
  • The deposit discount will be applied at time of booking.  Deposit discount of $200 applied so your deposit is only $99/per person.
 
PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS:
  • A passport is required for this trip.  Passports must be acquired and is the sole responsibility of the attendee. Please check with the U.S. Department of State at here to learn more about what documents are needed. Your passport should not expire before January 21, 2026.
  • Mexico requires a passport that is valid for the duration of your stay from arrival date in the country. One full blank page is required for entry stamp. Please check with the U.S. Department of State here to learn more about your destination's travel requirements. 
  • Fees associated with acquiring a valid passport or visa are the sole responsibility of each attendee and not included in advertised trip cost.
  • Peace Out Vacations will not be liable for any trip cancellations for failure to acquire a valid passport or visa. All sales are final and non-refundable.
 
PRICING & PAYMENT PLANS:
  • When making your reservation, you can choose to pay in full or choose the monthly automatic payment plan. If you select the automatic payment plan, payments in the same amount will be debited automatically from your account monthly. Please note that automatic billing is recommended; however, if opting out of automatic billing, you are still required to make a monthly payment to keep your reservation active.
  • Peace Out Vacations also offers FlexPay (formerly Uplift) that allows you to travel now and pay over a specified period of time. If you are interested in this option, please contact our agents at info@peaceoutvacations.com or calling 888-437-0277, ext. 1.
  • Final Payments are due no later than July 7, 2025. All pricing is per person.
  • Late Payment of $150 is required after the Final Due Date. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date.
 
 
  • Roommate Matching: This option is available for this tour. Roommates will not be matched until no more than 60 days prior to departure and after 75% of your reservation total has been made.
 
FEES DUE AT CHECK-IN:
  • Incidental Fee: This is an All-inclusive property and currently there are no resort or incidental fees due at this property. If this is subject to change you will be notified via email no later than seven days prior to trip begin date.  Peace Out Vacations will not be held liable for non-notification of any incidental fees or otherwise newly imposed by the resort within the seven day period prior to the trip begin date.
 
FLIGHTS & ARRIVAL:
  • Arrival Flight: Please note, when purchasing your flight, the hotel check-in date is July 21, 2025. Please arrange a flight to arrive in Cancun, Mexico on July 21, 2025 by 3pm. 
  • Departure Flight: Please arrange for your flight home to depart on July 25, 2025.
  • When making your flight arrangements, you will need to fly into Cancun, Mexico. Airport Code (CUN).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Deposits are refundable within 48 hours, minus merchant processing fees, after booking by emailing a notice of cancellation with your invoice confirmation to info@peaceoutvacations.com. After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Merchant processing fees are non-refundable.
  • ALL payments to Peace Out Vacations are non-refundable and non-transferable except where explicitly stated.
  • If Double Occupancy is chosen, your room will be confirmed once you and your roommate pay 75% of the total reservation. If you or your roommate fail to pay 75% of your total rate by June 7, 2025 then your reservation will be cancelled and you will lose your spot in the retreat. 
  • No refunds will be given for cancelled reservations. Please see our FULL terms and conditions on the payment page.
 
TRAVEL INSURANCE
  • Travel insurance is not only highly recommended, but required if you desire to seek a refund.
  • Why Buy a Travel Insurance Plan? 
    • Last minute things come up and given the current times, we don't know what tomorrow will bring.  Travel Insurance provides coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions, baggage loss or delay, medical expenses, and so much more.
  • What does Travel Insurance Include? 
    • Most travel insurance plans include coverage for trip delays, missed connections, lost or delayed baggage,  medical expenses, as well as trip cancellations and interruptions.  Their customer service also provides assistance with emergency cash transfers, last minute flight arrangements, and even replacing lost travel documents.
  • We recommend doing your research to determine which travel insurance policy best fits you and your needs.
