Deposit/Cancellation/Fine print:
- This is an adults-only trip. 18 years and older. It is the traveler's responsibility to present valid travel documentation.
- The traveler is responsible for arriving timely to the airport for a timely departure.
- You may select from a hotel only or hotel and air package.
- A deposit of $400 per room is due at the time of booking.
- Final payment is due by 6/5/2023.
- A max of 2 adults per room. Each room has a king bed only.
- If you elect to add excursions to your booking the price will be added to your package.
- All payments to made to MooreTravel are non-transferable. MooreTravel has a group agreement with the resorts and vendors that is non-refundable. This allows us to maintain the best pricing and amenities.
- A $50 fee is charged for any changes or cancellations to the reservation after the deposit. These payments are paid directly to MooreTravel.
- Additional cancellation fees may be charged by the vendor. We encourage the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your investment.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today to lock in your price.
- You can log into your client portal to review your account 24 hours a day.
- You will receive an invoice via email monthly. Monthly payments are required to maintain your reservation.
- All excursions are an additional cost and optional. A deposit is due for each excursion.
