Thank you for choosing Spin the Globe Travels! I am excited to help you plan your cruise vacation! I want to provide a brief explanation describing what you can expect from my services before we begin the quoting process. Please read the following information carefully.
It is understandable that for some people, planning a cruise vacation can be time-consuming and overwhelming, especially with the abundance of options available. Having a personal travel agent that can handle the research, comparison, and booking process on your behalf, ultimately saving you valuable time, effort and in a lot of cases, money, is priceless. As part of my personalized travel planning services, I charge a nominal research fee that is nonrefundable for my dedicated work and expertise. This fee covers the time and effort invested in researching the best options for your travel plans. My goal is not only to find you the best price, but to also provide you with personalized recommendations and a customized itinerary that meets your specific needs. This fee represents my commitment to delivering high-quality service to you and your guests when booking with me. Rest assured in knowing that should any issues or concerns arise before, during, or after your cruise, I will act as your advocate and assist with rebooking, making changes to your itinerary, or resolving any unforeseen challenges.
- Simply select the nonrefundable research fee which applies to you and your trip.
- Fill out your cruise request form.
- Within 48-72 hours, you will receive a proposal containing at least 2-3 quotes with options that best fit your travel requests.
- Once a quote proposal is sent, you will have 15 days to book your requested cruise and any time thereafter will require a new research fee.
- One complimentary change is allowed after quote proposal has been issued, meaning the dates and/or destination can be adjusted if initial quote is not suitable. Any adjustments after the complimentary change will require a $15 revision fee.
If you need your quote within 24 hours, please select the rush quote fee of $20, in addition to the applicable research fee pertaining to your request. This will give you priority on the list, as quotes are serviced on a first come, first served basis.
I understand that a lot of times, people are price comparing before making a decision on booking their trip, as there are many factors in planning. If you are comparing rates and not quite looking to book within the next 15-30 days, I highly recommend using my free travel search website (click here), for cruises, flights, hotels, rental cars and more. You will find competitive rates, specifically for cruises, on my search engine as my travel agency is partnered with some of the biggest cruise lines in the world and often times, have exclusive deals that may not be available anywhere else! You can book from the website at no additional charge to you, and I will still serve as your personal travel agent to assist you throughout the planning and travel process.
