MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO REMAIN ACTIVELY BOOKED ON THIS GROUP TRIP.
THIS POLICY HELPS US GAUGE COMMITMENT AND ENSURE THAT ROOMS ARE RESERVED FOR GUESTS WHO ARE SERIOUS ABOUT ATTENDING. SPACES ARE LIMITED AND IN HIGH DEMAND, SO THIS APPROACH HELPS US HONOR OUR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS WITH THE RESORT.
IMPORTANT:
FAILURE TO MAKE THE REQUIRED MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND YOUR ACCOUNT FALLS BEHIND BY MORE THAN 60 DAYS, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE. THIS HELPS US FREE UP ROOMS FOR OTHER INTERESTED PARTICIPANTS. ANY PAYMENTS MADE BEFORE CANCELLATION WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE TRIP’S STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY.

📝 HOSTED GROUP TRIP DISCLOSURE
This is a hosted group trip led by Stanley and Lynette of Life With Us TV / CodeFunTravel (SNL Entertainment LLC). Our role as hosts is to enhance the overall experience by helping coordinate group activities, serving as your point of contact, and building community during the trip.
While it is our full intention to be present and actively involved throughout the trip, unforeseen events may arise (such as illness, family emergencies, flight delays, or other disruptions) that could prevent us from traveling or fulfilling our role as hosts.
In such a case:

The group trip will still proceed as scheduled.

A designated assistant or representative will be assigned to serve as your main point of contact and help facilitate group activities.

No refunds, discounts, or adjustments will be made due to the absence of the host(s).
By booking this trip, you acknowledge and accept that while the trip is hosted, it is not dependent on the presence of any individual host. Your travel experience, accommodations, and inclusions remain unchanged and will be fulfilled by our trusted travel partners.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we continue to create unforgettable group travel experiences.
Vacation Protection:
You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment. GPP+ must be added to your booking within 7 days. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
Cancellations With GPP+ Insurance: You may cancel your vacation for any reason prior to departure and receive a refund for the full package price in the original form of payment less the GPP+ plan cost [does not include change fees, $75.00 per person admin fee or reduced deposit plan fees]. All cancellations on GPP+ must be received by Vacation Express up to 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time per your documents or no later than 9AM ET the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. A one-time VE change fee will be waived per person with GPP+.
Cancellations Without GPP+ Insurance: Subject to all Vacation Express terms. All cancellations are subject to a $75 per person administrative fee.
For cancellations made between 02/07/2025 - 03/10/2025 a fee of $50.00 per person plus administration fee.
For cancellations made between 03/11/2025 - 03/25/2025, there is a penalty of one night's charge per room plus administration fee.
For cancellations made between 03/26/2025 - 05/22/2025, a 100% full penalty of the booking cost plus administration fee.
Additional Booking Change Fees:
A $25 per person change fee with be applied to all changes made on booking up to 15 days prior to arrive. (Upgrades do not apply)
Room prices are non-negotiable under any circumstances
Monthly Payments Required: We require monthly payments for our group trips. This policy helps us gauge the commitment and pace of those booked, ensuring that rooms are reserved for those who are genuinely planning to attend. We have many people interested in joining, and this approach allows us to manage reservations effectively and honor our contractual agreements.
Requiring monthly payments also enables us to consistently provide amazing trips by maintaining a smooth and organized process.

All participants of CodeFunTravel / LifeWithUsTV trips must adhere to the following code of conduct. This ensures a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all travelers:

Violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the trip without refund, at the discretion of CodeFunTravel / LifeWithUsTV leadership. We are committed to maintaining a positive and inclusive environment for all travelers.
