Refund and Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds on the initial $35 processing fee. There are no refunds on cancellations for any reason. This fee will allow you to request up to 2 complete itinerary proposals that includes an initial trip and one optional trip. After which a new trip request must be submitted for a new proposal.
