Located where the Caribbean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean, Punta Cana is known for its all-inclusive resorts, warm weather year-round, and exciting excursions for all ages. This trip is more than just a vacation—it’s a chance to celebrate a huge milestone, make unforgettable memories, and enjoy some well-earned relaxation with family and friends. Deposit Special: This offer is exclusively available to the first ten travelers. A minimum payment of $50 per person is required, accompanied by a completed form. Please ensure that both the form and the deposit are submitted together for your application to be deemed complete and accepted. Subsequently, the deposit amount will increase to $100 per person, and this change will be reflected on the form. The remaining balance will be split into a monthly payment plan after the initial deposit.

Booking Policies:

Travel Insurance (100% non-refundable without travel insurance. No credits. No exceptions. Although travel insurance is 100% optional it is highly recommended to obtain).
Making reservations for a vacation package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. All payments to Kreative Luxe Travel LLC and its affiliates are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Payments must be submitted monthly by the deadline and the minimum monthly balance may not roll into the following month.
Room Occupancy Changes: If the number of people sharing a room changes due to a cancellation the remaining traveler(s) will be responsible for any additional costs, if any, that may arise due to the change in the per-person occupancy rate. Notice will be submitted via email.
Name changes will incur a fee of $200.00 per person and must be submitted with a copy of the new traveler's passport booklet at the time of the request. This is due no later than the final payment date for the change to be approved. No exceptions.
Please forward your flight confirmation emails on or by the deadline of 5/01/2026 directly to shakea@kreativeluxetravel.com with an arrival into PUJ airport on 6/25/26 and a departure on 6/28/26 ONLY for your round-trip airport transfers to be scheduled.
We offer roommate matching for this tour. When making your reservations please select “double occupancy” and when asked for your roommate’s name please enter “request roommate match”. Roommates will not be matched until after 75% of your reservation total has been made.

Travel Notes:

Traveling abroad requires a passport booklet valid for six months beyond the travel return date back to your home destination. Your reservation must be made as it appears exactly on your passport. Please attach your passport booklet copy to ensure accuracy.

Complete group itinerary, hotel name(s), and trip details are released 30-45 days prior to your arrival for your planning convenience.

Due to the various preferences in vacation styles (relaxation, fun, a mixture of both), please note that all of our group trip itineraries include a schedule with the group to mix and mingle and ample time to explore the country at your free will. A group line of communication is open throughout the duration of your stay for you to invite others to join you on your adventures should you wish.

Please note, when purchasing your flight, the hotel check in date is June 25th, 2026. Please schedule your flight from the US on June 25-28th, 2026.

Booking & Payment Information

Deposit: A $50 person deposit is due to secure your spot. ($50 DEPOSIT FOR FIRST TEN TRAVELERS IF MADE BY December 2, 2025.)

Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for your vacation package is due by May 01, 2026

Late Payment Policy: Payments need to be made by the due date. Payments made after the due date will incur a $50 late fee.

Late payment of $250 per person is required after final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after your final due date. All late payment requests must be made in writing to shakea@kreativeluxetravel.com. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.

What happens if I need to make changes or cancellations?

Immediately notify Kreative Luxe Travel to cancel or make changes to your vacation package. All changes and cancellations are subject to availability, limitations, restrictions, and fees imposed by Kreative Luxe Travel and its third-party suppliers (“supplier penalties” assessed directly by the airline, hotel, and/or feature providers, such as excursion operators). Certain excursion operators only allow a refund if canceled upon notice to them. If you cancel your vacation or change your travel dates, flight, duration, class of service, name, departure city, or destination, the charges shown below become payable by you. Significant additional penalties (i.e. nonrefundable airline tickets and fees, nonrefundable or nontransferable hotel promotions) may apply. If the number of individuals occupying a room changes, the remaining traveler(s) will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per person occupancy rate.

Fees for Changes or Cancellations:

Supplier Penalties: Changes or cancellations may also incur additional supplier penalties. These are fees assessed directly by third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, and excursion operators) and are subject to their specific terms and conditions.

Non-Refundable Packages: All packages are non-refundable without travel insurance. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you will not be refunded if you cancel or modify your booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse; therefore, we recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medial Express, and more. Trip insurance is highly recommended. You should research and find the best travel insurance policy to fit your needs. Insurance is offered in the package, and you have the to accept or decline insurance when purchasing your package.

TERMS & POLICIES

Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. All payments to Kreative Luxe Travel are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Kreative Luxe Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservation must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Any reward points are at the discretion of the hotel.

Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current unless you make larger payments than what is required of your monthly payment plan. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar.

You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

Name changes are allowed with a $200 name change fee up until the final payment date and $250 after final payment date plus any vendor fees.
