  • When making your international flight arrangements, please plan to arrive at the Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport (BCN) before 11am on May 28, 2028.
  • We reccommend departing the USA a minimum of 2 days earlier to account for airport delays.
  • Pricing is based on double occupancy (2 people sharing a cabin).
  • Contact us if you require pricing for anything other than double occupancy or if you have any further questions.
 
Trip Payments
  • This trip requires a 2 part deposit payment, after which, a minimum payment of $75 per month is due beginning January 2027 or the month after your second deposit is due, whichever is later. 
  • Your second deposit is due within 45 days after the initial deposit payment.
 
TryShy Travel's Refund & Flexible Credit/ Cancellation Policy & Terms
This trip includes a 7-day cancellation window after your deposit is paid. If you choose to cancel within that period, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee and any bank processing fees. After the 7-day window, all deposits become 100% non-refundable but are converted to a future travel credit in the event of a cancellation 180 days+ before the trip start date. Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 days) for any applicable refunds to process. Travel protection is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
