Start with $50 per Sailor
A $50 per-Sailor trip payment is due at booking. This payment goes directly toward your total trip balance and is not an additional fee.
The $50 payment starts the Red Summer reservation process. However, your Virgin Voyages cabin is not confirmed until Beyond Travel receives the full 20% deposit and books the reservation with Virgin Voyages.

Full 20% deposit required
Cabin confirmation happens after the full 20% deposit is received.

Within 3 weeks
Half of the remaining deposit balance is due within 3 weeks of booking.

Within 6 weeks maximum
The final half of the remaining deposit balance is due within 6 weeks of booking maximum. The earlier the better.

Final payment
Final payment is due March 1, 2027.
Monthly payments are strongly recommended so your balance stays manageable and your final payment does not feel overwhelming.
Important: Pricing and cabin availability are dynamic and may change until your reservation is confirmed with the full 20% deposit.

Important Travel Documents
This sailing departs from Athens, Greece and visits Greece and Turkey. Sailors are responsible for having valid travel documents, including a passport and any required visa or entry documentation based on citizenship.
Beyond Travel strongly recommends traveling with a valid passport that expires at least 6 months after the voyage ends and with 2 blank visa pages in your passport.
Entry requirements can change, Sailors should confirm current requirements before departure.
Changes & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and change rules for Red Summer are based on Virgin Voyages’ Essential fare, which is included in all advertised pricing.
Before Cabin Confirmation
If you cancel before the 20% payment has been received and before a cabin number is assigned, funds paid toward the reservation may be returned, less any supplier-imposed fees or non-refundable charges already disclosed on your invoice.
After the 20% Deposit Is Received
You will have 7 days from the date your reservation is booked to cancel for a full refund of your deposit and any additional payments made.
After the 7-Day Grace Period and On or Before March 1, 2027
Your deposit becomes non-refundable. Any additional payments made toward the voyage fare will be refunded.
Between March 1, 2027 and May 20, 2027
Your deposit will be converted into a Future Voyage Credit. Any additional payments made toward the voyage fare will be refunded.
On or After May 21, 2027
All funds paid are final and non-refundable.
