We are currently holding the following cabin categories for this group. ALL cabin pricing is per person and is based upon a minimum of 2 people being in a cabin. If you require a single, 1-person cabin or a cabin that holds 3 or If 4 persons, you will need to email our travel advisor at info@traveladventures365.com for accurate pricing. Please note that single cabins are almost double the price of a 2-person cabin. Also note that the cruise line allocates only a small number of 3 or 4 person cabins.

$50 deposit is due on or before February 1, 2020. Price increases to $150 per person after February 1. Please note that cabins will not be assigned until a minimum of $150 per person per cabin is received.
**PASSPORTS are not required for this cruise. However, it is HIGHLY recommended that you have a PASSPORT BOOK prior to sailing on this cruise. In the event that you do not have a passport book, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have a state certified (with a raised seal) birth certificate. NO photocopies will be allowed. If you do not have the proper documentation, you may be denied boarding of the ship. No refunds will be provided for failure to have the proper citizenship documentation.**

**To participate in the Erotic Poetry Slam event, you MUST book with our travel advisor, Travel Adventures 365. If you book directly with the cruise line or via another travel agent, you will not be allowed access to this event.**

Payment Schedule:
- A Deposit of $50 per person is due no later than February 1, 2020. After February 1, a deposit of $150 per person is due.
- A 2nd payment of $100 per person is due by May 1, 2020.
- A 3rd payment of $100 per person is due by July 1, 2020.
- Final payments are due by August 1, 2020.
Mid-payments not received by due date will result in the cancellation of the cabin and loss of the deposit.

Cancellation policy:
**ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE**
- Any Cancellation BETWEEN August 2,, 2020 and August 16, 2020 will result in the loss of the deposit PLUS $150 per person fee
- Any Cancellation BETWEEN August 17, 2020 and September 5, 2020 will result in the loss of the deposit PLUS 50% of the cabin fare/fees per person
- Any Cancellation BETWEEN September 6, 2020 and October 1, 2020 will result in the loss of the deposit PLUS 75% of the cabin fare/fees per person
- Any Cancellation after October 1, 2020 will result in the 100% of the cabin fare/fees per person.
**The purchase of travel protection insurance is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED although optional. Please inquire with info@traveladventures365.com for pricing.**
Please note if one person pays for their half of the cabin, but the other person either fails to pay and/or cancels, the cabin will be considered unpaid. It's the responsibility of each person to choose a roommate wisely and ensure that everyone has the ability to pay on time and in full. In the event that you need to swap roommates, there is a $25 name change.
