- A valid U.S. Passport is required for this trip. Refunds will not be issued to those without a valid passport
- You are responsible to follow all COVID-19 travel protocols & restrictions. Refunds will not be provided if you fail to do so

Cancellation Policy
All deposits and payments submitted to The S & J Travel Experience are non-refundable and non-transferable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.

If you have any questions regarding travel insurance coverage then, you must contact the insurance company directly. The S&J Travel Experience does not provide travel insurance assistance as we are not insurance agents.

Please note, pricing is subject to change without deposit. This is not the finalized booking. Once you submit your payment, your payment will be processed, and your package will be solidified. You will receive a confirmation of your booking within 72 hours of payment OR you will receive an email response if pricing has changed. Payment will only be applied if pricing is the same or cheaper than the rate seen on this page. If you are requesting a special flight, this will be at an additional cost. - Each roommate must submit their deposit in order to secure their air and land package
- Couples may book together if one payment method will be used.

- You must include your roommate's name on the registration form
- You must book a single occupancy package if you don't have a roommate. If you find someone to join you after your deposit has been made, we can add them to your room at the prevailing rate
