Expand your business opportunities with The Bahamas–China Friendship Association (BCFA) invites you to join the 2026 China Trade & Sourcing Mission. This 14-day program provides participants with direct access to two of China’s most important commercial hubs: the Canton Fair in Guangzhou and the Yiwu International Trade Market.
This mission is designed for business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking new sourcing opportunities, wholesale partnerships, and exposure to one of the world’s most dynamic manufacturing ecosystems.
Itinerary Summary
Guangzhou – Canton Fair
April 14–17, 2026
Attend Phase 1 of the Canton Fair, the world’s largest import/export exhibition, featuring thousands of suppliers and manufacturers across multiple industries.
Yiwu – Global Small Commodity Capital
April 17–27, 2026
Explore the Yiwu International Trade Market, the world’s largest wholesale center offering unparalleled product variety and competitive pricing.
Optional leisure activities include visits to Chiuhu Park, local cultural attractions, Hengdian World Studios, and Shanghai Disneyland.

Luxe Eve Travel Group Trip Terms & Conditions
We are Luxe Eve Travel, and we are excited to assist you with your travel arrangements. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Luxe Eve Travel, and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
1. Booking & Payments
By booking a trip with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to accept and comply with these terms.
Deposit & Final Payment
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The final payment is due 95 days before the departure date, unless otherwise specified. Failure to make full payment by the deadline may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund of any previous payments. Prices are based on costs when booking and may be subject to changes in government taxes, fuel surcharges, or other unforeseen costs.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel your trip, the following cancellation fees will apply:
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable: Loss of deposit.
120 days or more before departure: 75% of the total trip cost (depending on suppliers agreements).
119 days to 89 days before departure 50% loss of the total trip cost (depending on Suppliers' agreements).
90 days or less before departure: 100% loss of the total trip cost.
Refunds will not be provided for unused portions of the trip, including missed flights, hotel stays, or activities.
3. Changes to Your Booking
You may request changes to your booking (e.g., name changes, room upgrades) up to 120 days before the departure, subject to availability. Changes may incur additional fees. Any changes within 90 of the departure date may be treated as a cancellation.
4. Travel Insurance
Luxe Eve Travel strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred due to failure to purchase travel insurance.
5. Participation Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally capable of participating in the selected trip. Luxe Eve Travel reserves the right to remove any participant who is deemed to be causing a disturbance or posing a safety risk.
6. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, for all destinations on your trip. Luxe Eve Travel is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to incorrect or missing documentation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Luxe Eve Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and activity providers. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your trip due to acts of negligence or failure to comply with local laws or customs. Any disputes or claims must be addressed directly with the service provider.
8. Baggage & Personal Belongings
You are responsible for complying with airline baggage regulations and fees. Luxe Eve Travel is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
9. Special Requests & Dietary Needs
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions) but cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled. Please notify us of any special needs at the time of booking.
10. Changes to Itinerary
Luxe Eve Travel reserves the right to change the itinerary due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you as soon as possible of any significant changes and provide alternative arrangements if necessary.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, in the courts of Wyoming.
This package includes full participation in the BCFA Trade & Sourcing Mission to Guangzhou and Yiwu. Travelers will attend the Canton Fair and explore the Yiwu International Trade Market, with all core travel arrangements coordinated on their behalf. Room type (single or double occupancy) is determined by the package selected.

Payment Terms:
• $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your space
• Full payment required by December 31, 2025
• Registrations after December 31 must be paid in full
• Final registration deadline: February 1, 2026 ($55 additional late fee added to the total for any booking 2/1-2/27)
