The client picks their travel dates based on the amount of days they would like to stay between 6/18-6/23. While we will do our best to accommodate all reservations, we cannot guarantee availability of accommodations, activities, or flights until your booking is confirmed. Rates and availability may fluctuate, and pricing is based on the current availability at the time of booking. We encourage all participants to book as early as possible to secure the best options for your family. Q: Do I need my passport to make a deposit?
A: No, but a valid passport is required for this trip. You still have time!
Also, make sure IF you have a passport it doesn't expire 6 months before travel. 
 
Q: Can I change my reservation after the deposit?
A: Yes, you have a one-time courtesy change before January 31, 2025. Deposits are refundable in writing 7 days after deposit. Nontransferrable. 
 
Q: When do I have to submit my flight information
A: Information is required 45 days before departure flight information as well as passport information is due. 
 
Q: Should I get travel protection?
A: Why wouldn't you? Have a piece of mind knowing you have protected your investment. Insurance offered on this trip covers land-only package. 
 
Q: Can I make payments on my trip?
A: Absolutely! While booking your trip, it is recommended to set up auto payments. A suggested schedule is provided. Failure to make on-time payments can lead to increases due to penalties or cancelation of trip.
 
Q: Can the price of my trip increase/decrease?
A: Prices are subject to change and subject to availability at the time of booking. Price change notification is given when notified by the supplier. 
 
Q: What airport do I fly into?
A: Punta, Cana (PJU) is the closest, your transportation will be arranged from this airport.
 
Q: Are flights an option to add to the package?
A: Yes, group flights are available if 10 or more are traveling to/from the same airport, same flights, and same date, IAmHoneyGraham can make accommodations. Payment plans can also be added for flights!
