Aruba Escape — Terms & Conditions

Making reservations for any travel package with Divas Destinations signifies your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

Concierge Services

Divas Destinations provides full-service travel coordination and concierge support throughout your Aruba experience. Services include reservation management, itinerary planning, payment coordination, group communications, pre-travel assistance, and hosted group experiences.

A one-time, non-refundable $150 Signature Experience Fee is applied to each reservation for planning, hosting, and concierge services.

Deposit & Payment Policy

An initial deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Early Bird Special

$99 deposit per person through October 31, 2026.

Beginning November 1, 2026, the standard deposit requirement will apply.

Monthly payment plans are available for this trip. Travelers are responsible for remaining current with the payment schedule provided on their invoice.

Final Payment Due: July 26, 2027

Failure to complete payment by the final payment deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and applicable penalties.

Payments & Refund Policy

Payments made toward your Aruba reservation are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of Divas Destinations and the applicable travel suppliers.

The $150 Signature Experience Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Supplier cancellation penalties may increase as the departure date approaches. Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel protection to protect their travel investment.

Pricing

Package pricing is subject to change until your initial deposit has been received and your reservation has been confirmed.

Once your reservation is secured, your confirmed package price will remain locked unless adjustments are required due to supplier increases, taxes, government-imposed fees, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or other vendor-imposed changes outside the control of Divas Destinations.

Room upgrades and changes requested after booking may result in additional charges.

Payment Plans

Monthly payments are required to maintain an active reservation.

Your invoice will include your payment schedule, current balance, and final payment date.

Travelers are responsible for monitoring their payment deadlines and ensuring payments are submitted on time.

Additional payments may be made toward your balance at any time.

Late Payments

Reservations not paid in full by July 26, 2027 are subject to a $250 late payment fee per person if an extension is approved.

Late-payment requests must be submitted in writing before the final payment deadline and are subject to approval and supplier restrictions.

Approval of an extension is not guaranteed.

Room Categories & Occupancy

Room categories are based on availability at Secrets Baby Beach Aruba and may include:

• Junior Suite
• Junior Suite Poolside
• Junior Suite Poolside Terrace
• Junior Suite Ocean View
• Select Preferred Club accommodations

Room category, bedding, view, and occupancy are not guaranteed until confirmed on your reservation.

Travelers requesting a room-category change after confirmation will be responsible for any applicable price difference and supplier or administrative fees.

Name Accuracy

All reservations must be made in your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport.

Travelers are responsible for verifying all information submitted at the time of booking.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for fees, penalties, denied boarding, denied entry, or other travel disruptions resulting from incorrect traveler information.

Name changes, when permitted by the supplier, may be subject to applicable supplier charges and Divas Destinations administrative fees.

Travel Documents & Passport Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all documentation required for travel to Aruba.

A valid passport is required for international travel. Travelers are responsible for ensuring that their passport meets Aruba's entry requirements in effect at the time of travel.

Travelers are also responsible for completing any required Aruba entry forms, government fees, declarations, or other entry requirements before departure.

Non-U.S. citizens are responsible for verifying all applicable passport, visa, transit, and entry requirements with the appropriate government authority, consulate, or embassy.

Entry requirements are subject to change.

Airfare & Airport Transfers

Airfare is not included in the package price.

Travelers are responsible for arranging their own round-trip airfare to Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) in Aruba.

Round-trip airport transportation between AUA and Secrets Baby Beach Aruba is included as part of the group package.

Travelers are responsible for submitting accurate flight information by the requested deadline to coordinate their transfers.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for missed transfers resulting from incorrect or late flight information, flight cancellations, significant flight delays, or other airline disruptions.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your travel investment in the event of covered cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, baggage issues, trip interruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the terms, coverage, exclusions, and limitations of any travel protection plan before purchase.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for losses incurred due to a traveler's decision not to purchase travel protection or for the approval or denial of insurance claims.

Included Group Experiences

The Aruba Escape is designed to provide a balance between hosted Divas Destinations experiences and personal time to enjoy the resort.

Planned group experiences include:

• All-White Welcome Reception & Cocktail
• Shades of Blue Sunset Catamaran
• Farewell Dinner
• 45-Day Pre-Travel Zoom Meeting
• Divas Destinations group hosting and coordination

Specific times, venues, and experience details will be provided closer to departure.

Transportation to and from the catamaran pier is not included unless otherwise communicated in writing.

Vendor Responsibility

Divas Destinations acts solely as an independent travel intermediary and group host for hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation providers, excursion companies, restaurants, and other travel suppliers.

Divas Destinations does not own or operate these third-party suppliers and cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including:

• Flight delays or cancellations
• Supplier schedule changes
• Weather disruptions
• Mechanical failures
• Excursion cancellations
• Government actions or restrictions
• Supplier bankruptcy or cessation of operations
• Other supplier-related disruptions

Each supplier is responsible for providing its respective services according to its own policies and operating procedures.

Itinerary Changes

Travel itineraries, group activities, restaurants, excursions, event times, and included experiences are subject to change based on weather, vendor availability, operational requirements, group needs, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Divas Destinations reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary modifications or substitute comparable experiences when necessary.

Optional excursions and additional experiences may be offered at a later date and may require separate payment.

Pre-Travel Meeting & Communications

A 45-Day Pre-Travel Zoom Meeting will be held prior to departure.

During this meeting, Divas Destinations will review important information regarding flights, airport transfers, Aruba entry requirements, resort arrival, group activities, dress themes, the sunset catamaran, and final travel reminders.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing all emails, invoices, group communications, and final travel documents provided by Divas Destinations.

Force Majeure

Divas Destinations shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, hurricanes, pandemics, labor strikes, airline disruptions, severe weather, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements, when applicable, will be governed by the policies of the applicable travel supplier and are not guaranteed by Divas Destinations.

Authorization

By submitting a deposit or any payment toward the Aruba Escape — September 9–13, 2027, travelers acknowledge that they have reviewed, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Travelers also authorize Divas Destinations to process payments associated with their reservation according to their selected payment arrangements, payment schedule, and applicable supplier requirements.
