Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment or a deposit is received. Upon confirmation, you will receive a detailed itinerary, booking receipt, and any relevant travel documentation.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your trip. Once the deposit is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations or modifications to your trip.

3. Final Payment

Final payment for your trip is due May 17 2025 before the departure date. If the final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations by You: If you cancel your booking for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded based on the cancellation policies of the travel providers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.), which vary by provider.

Modifications by You: Requests to modify your booking must be made in writing. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, modifications are subject to availability and any additional fees imposed by the travel providers.

5. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. We are not responsible for any losses that could be covered by travel insurance.

6. Responsibility and Liability

Infinity And Beyond Travel LLC acts as an agent for travel service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and cruise lines. We do not own or operate these services and are not responsible for their acts or omissions. In the event of delays, cancellations, or changes beyond our control, we will do our best to assist, but we cannot be held liable for any resulting costs or inconveniences.

7. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that all travelers have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations or health documentation before departure. We are not liable for any travel disruptions resulting from missing or incorrect travel documents.

8. Force Majeure

We will not be held liable for any failure to fulfill our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing and will apply to future bookings.
