Booking Process:
 
  1. Select your accommodations from the listed options
  2. Enter the number of total travelers (MAX 3 adults per room)
    1. Ensure your correct room type is selected
  3. Select extra options (Airport transfers, Party Boat, ATVs) 
    1. Private airport transfers will be added to each package and will be confirmed when the number of travelers you're with is confirmed as well as after you submit flight details.
  4. After selecting all options, enter your information 
    1. Select "Continue to traveler info"
    2. You'll enter info for each traveler.
      1. Each travel can receive their own invoice to submit future payments towards their balance
  5. Continue to payment
    1. Complete the card authorization for your deposit. 
      1. The initial deposit must be paid using ONE form of payment
    2. YOU WILL BE SENT AN OFFICIAL RESERVATION CONFIRMATION LISTING ALL SELECTED OPTIONS PRIOR TO YOUR DEPOSIT BEING AUTHORIZED.

Pricing is listed as per person! It's important to note that pricing is subject to change until your deposit/booking is received. You will receive an updated quote/reservation confirmation prior to your card being processed in the event that there are major price increases.
 
PAYMENTS:
  • You will receive two invoices via email. You'll use one to authorize all payments towards your balance/trip. The second invoice will be for the required Concierge/service Fee. This fee is nonrefundable in the event of cancellation. 
  • $50 PER PERSON CONCIERGE FEE IS TO BE SUBMITTED BY SPECIFIED DEADLINE.  
    • This small fee goes towards planning, payment processing, personalized items, and much more. 
    • This fee will be specified on a separate invoice and will be marked paid when received.
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU DECLINE TRAVEL PROTECTION, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A WAIVER. IN THE EVEN OF CANCELLATION, THE FUNDS YOU'VE PAID WILL ALSO BE NONREFUNDABLE.
 
AIRFARE:
Flights are NOT included in pricing, however, they can be added to package. Please notify me to have flights added. Doing so will increase your deposit. Flights can also be independently booked at a later time. If booking flights on your own, flight details must be provided to me NO LATER THAN JULY 1, 2024 in order to setup airport transfers.
  • Airport code is SJD. When looking for flights that is the code you will enter.
 
EACH TRAVELER MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT. PASSPORTS MUST NOT EXPIRE WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF DEPARTURE DATE (THIS MEANS YOUR PASSPORT MUST NOT EXPIRE BEFORE FEB 2025)

LUXURY private roundtrip airport transfers will be setup for everyone. 
This will be an additional cost as listed below and will be confirmed approx. 1-2 months prior to departure. You are NOT required to ride with anyone you do not know.
 
PLEASE NOTE that flights are NOT included with the booking. You will be responsible for  providing flight information no later than 2 months PRIOR to departure in order for me to set up transfers.
 
PRICING:
  • Suburban: $186 total for group up to 6 PPL MAX
  • Private Van: $200 total for group up to 8 PPL MAX
  • Sprinter: $296 total for group up to 15 PPL MAX

Whew! This party boat will be one of the highlights of the trip. Hip Hop music is played, twerk contest, champagne shower, lunch provided, FREE alcoholic drinks included.
 
You'll also have to option to purchase bottles of champagne for the shower, as well as premium bottles of liquor. Doing so will give you early access to board the boat.
 
This will be listed as a separate charge on your invoice as payment is paid directly to the company.
