Cancellation penalties apply to all guests in a stateroom and are assessed in the event of either partial or full stateroom cancellations based on the Group Rate Bookings.

Cancellations prior to Dec 22, 2025 - Penalty $150 per person

Cancellations between Jan 11 and Feb 5, 2026- Penalty 50% per person

Cancellations between Feb 6 and Feb 20, 2026- Penalty 50% per person

Cancellations after February 21, 2026- Full penalty

**Fares booked under the Early Savers promotions and subsequently changed to a new rate code will continue to follow the Early Saver terms, conditions and restrictions.

 TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Missing a vacation is disappointing enough but losing the money you paid for it is even worse. That's why we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Carnival's Travel Protection Plan for this cruise is $95 per person and must be paid at the time of adding this feature. 

RESERVATION NOTES:

To secure your cabin for this sailing, a $50 per person deposit is required. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an invoice showing the total cost of your cruise, with any previously paid amounts deducted. This deposit ensures a cabin in your requested category from our group's hold allotment. 

A second deposit is due by October 28, 2025, to complete your booking. The total booking price may increase to up to $150 per person, and the reservation deposit will be applied toward this amount. The booking rate you choose will determine this amount.

Your final payment is due by December 10, 2025. Please make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure your space. We will accept reservation holds until April 15, 2025.

Please note: Early Savers, VIFP, and Casino promotions may affect the required booking deposit. We always check for eligible discounts first to ensure you receive the best possible rate. The reservation hold deposit is due by April 15, 2025. If a promotion equal to or less than your initial deposit becomes available before you make the full booking deposit, we will notify you to compare rates and secure your cabin.

Bookings under the group rate ($150pp deposits) will have a refundable deposit that follows the cancellation policy listed above.

OCCUPANCY DETAILS:

• Single occupancy = one person to a room
• Double occupancy = two persons to a room
• Triple occupancy = three persons to a room
• Quad occupancy = four persons to a room

TRAVEL NOTES:

• Traveling on Carnival Cruise Lines requires a valid driver’s license and certified birth certificate or a valid US passport. Passport is strongly suggested but is not required for this closed-loop cruise.
• When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. You will receive payment reminders 60 days, 30 days and 10 days prior to the final payment date unless you set a custom payment plan. You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or even monthly payments.

TRAVEL NOTES:

• If you choose the payment plan, you will be able to click back on your invoice at any time to make weekly, monthly or final payment by the due date listed on your invoice. I recommend making monthly payments.
• Please note you should begin looking for flights 6 months before the travel event. Some travel sites will allow you to set alerts to advise you when prices are dropping. You should purchase your flight no later than 30 days before the trip.
• We strongly suggest finding a flight to get you into Orlando, FL no later than 10 am. You should arrive to Port Canaveral and onto the ship no later than 1:30 pm. No exceptions! We highly recommend coming into Orlando the day before if possible.
• Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment due date, travel confirmations, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. All documents will be sent via electronic mail.
• It is the guests’ responsibility to notify Destinations by Nea of all email address changes.
• Cruise fares are per person which includes children and infants. When traveling with 2 full fare guests, additional guests in the same stateroom pay a discounted cruise fare. Children less than 2 years of age are not required to extend gratuities. Infants must be at least 6 months of age at the time of embarkation in order to sail.

TERMS & POLICIES

• Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions and the supplier.
• Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport or travel documents.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations today at this low price to be locked in.
• A valid passport is suggested but you can also cruise with a certified birth certificate and government-issued identification card.
• Monthly payments are encouraged to keep your reservations current.
• You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Let us know if we need to separate the invoices.
• Name changes are not allowed.
• Late payment of $50 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
• You are responsible to keep Destinations by Nea informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication for your personal reservations. We will communicate as a group using the GroupMe App. You will receive the link once you have booked your reservation.
