We are EUPHORIA TRAVEL ALLIANCE (ETA) and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to EUPHORIA TRAVEL ALLIANCE and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
GENERAL INFORMATION (IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ): THE PACKAGE PRICE INCLUDES: Hotel pick-up/ drop-off from the designated conference hotel •Top rated 3 star hotel • Meals: Daily breakfast • All excursions detailed in the itinerary, with knowledgeable guides and comfortable air-conditioned vehicles • Entrance fees to all sites visited. • Luggage handling assistance at hotels •The price is based on a double occupancy. Single supplement fee is required for single occupancy (no roommate).
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Recommended tips of $10 pp per day, personal expenses, travel insurance; single supplement fees and any other items not listed in the itinerary.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT: A non-refundable $100 deposit (credit card or bank transfer is accepted) is required during registration window open until January 14, 2020 to secure your spot on this tour. Additional one-time or 2 installment payments may be made as elected or by request. Final payment is due no later than January 14, 2020. Non-payment or insufficient payment by January 14, 2020 may attract additional costs. Please fill out the registration form via link for the tour and submit preferred method of payment (bank transfer or online debit/credit card processing). Single room supplement is $120, mandatory for the participant that does not have a roommate. EUPHORIA TRAVEL ALLIANCE will try their best to pair you with a roommate, but if we are unable to find one for you 45 days before departure, you will need to pay the single supplement.
CANCELLATION & INSURANCE: Your cancellation can affect the size of the group and costs. For this reason we must charge cancellations fees: Up to 60 days prior to departure = Non-refundable deposit of $100. Between 59 - 45 days prior to departure = Non-refundable deposit + a $150 fee; 44 days up to January 14, 2020 = 100% of the total cost of package. Please note that traveller bears the additional cost of single supplement fees where their cancellation affects the accommodation of their roommate at the hotel. Only written cancellations will be considered. We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover the cancellation fees for any reason.
RESPONSIBILITY: EUPHORIA TRAVEL ALLIANCE and/or its agents only represent the passenger concerning the hotels, transportation (air, sea, or motorized) trips and other services, and it declares free of liability for any loss, damages or delays incurred by sickness, strikes, war, quarantine or any other cause out of control. We reserve the right to change/alter the itinerary, when it is in the interest of the group. EUPHORIA TRAVEL ALLIANCE does not assume responsibility for errors or omissions contained in the brochure. Price and taxes are guaranteed only upon receiving full payment and issuing confirmation.
PACKAGE PRICE: Starts at $650 pp. (including taxes) Paid in U.S. dollars via credit card or bank transfer. Please note that processing fees may be incurred for all card payments. Pay in full special available. Rate is guaranteed for a minimum of 3 travelers.
