If you book a double occupancy room and one person is no longer able to travel/cancels, the remaining person must pay the single occupancy rate or cancel.
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons–we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date the tour operator receives the cancellation in writing. The cancellation fees are as follows:
- 120 - 61 days prior to arrival–25% of the Trip Package
- 60 - 31 days prior to arrival–40% of the Trip Package
- 30 - 07 days prior to arrival–75% of the Trip Package
- 06 days - 72 hours prior to arrival - 90% of the Trip Package
- Less than 72 hours or No Show–No Refund.
In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 2 - 4 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to a bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.
No refund or reduction will be made to any member in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare but not utilized by the tour member due to personal reasons.

In the afternoon you can take a sunset Uluwatu Temple Tour with Kecak Dance Show & Dinner at Jimbaran Bay. The Uluwatu Temple is an ancient Balinese Hindu sea temple perched atop towering seaside cliffs, situated outside Kuta on Bali’s southwestern tip. The presiding deity of this temple is Ganesha – the Hindu Elephant God. This spot is world famous for its most amazing sunset view.
Also enjoy the Kecak Dance Show - you are treated with the famed Balinese dance show depicts scenes from the most popular Hindu epic – Ramayana. The name of the dance form is Kecak dance. The Kecak dance style is celebrated for its artistic value and incredibly complex hand gestures. The Kecak Fire Dance, also known as the “Monkey Dance” is the highlight of this performance. This outing at the Uluwatu temple blesses you with a perfect exhibition of the all-attractive Balinese culture. Later proceed to for your seafood dinner at Jimbaran Bay. After spending a completely satisfying evening at the Uluwatu Temple Complex, you would now ascend from the cliff and be transferred back to your hotel

The full-day Bali Instagram Tour will begin in the morning, when you’ll be picked up from your hotel. Your private English-speaking tour guide will take you to see the famous Bali Instagramable spots, including the Gate of Heaven at Lempuyang Temple, Tirta Gangga, the Royal Water Palace of Karangasem, and the stunning Tukad Cepung Waterfall that tumbles through a cave.
It is a great time to get amazing pictures as well as incredible experiences at the same time. Your guide will even act as your personal photographer for the day and help you to get some great insta-worthy shots in the most famous Bali Instagramable spots.
