This booking page replaces the original bookings you submitted for the Grand Palladium. Your travel dates remain the same, only the resort changes. If you selected insurance for the original booking, it will remain on the new invoice. I will need you all to resubmit your bookings through the RIU Reggae booking link, and I will transfer your funds from the Grand Palladium booking to the RIU Reggae booking.

Travel Requirements
All travelers ARE REQUIRED to have a VALID PASSPORT BOOK to enter Jamaica and re-enter the United States. Passport must be valid for 6 months beyond intended stay and have at least two (2) blank pages. Your passport CANNOT expire before January 7, 2024. It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate. No refunds will be issued.

Chukka Ocean Ultra Excursion
Discover Jamaica’s natural beauty and choose your own adventure on this thrilling excursion! With four exciting ways to explore the island, you’ll love these adrenaline-pumping activities. The Mountain to Sea Horseback Ride and Swim will have you ride a beautiful horse through a colonial estate to the seashore and gallop along the surf of the Caribbean Sea. Put the pedal to the metal on the Mountain to Sea ATV or Two-Seater Dune Buggy Safari where you’ll off-road along wild mountain trails with views of the coast, adventuring through a historic estate and across a long, white-sand beach before ending your trek at a local community. Climb fifty feet up an imposing guango tree and fly high above the water taking in the sights during the Ocean Zipline that will end with a splash-landing. Sail along the coast on the Power Snorkel Party Cruise where you’ll enjoy a catamaran ride to a beautiful snorkelling site to explore a reef and marine life before a dance party on board with a DJ. After your adventure, the day doesn’t end there. Enjoy lunch at Gilly’s Ocean Side Restaurant and explore the area at your leisure and non-motorized water sports at Chukka’s Ocean Outpost, the only seaside nature-adventure park in Jamaica.

Your booking is subject to 100% Penalty, if cancelled without travel protection, and depending upon the date of cancellation. Bookings canceled before the final payment date will be penalized $50 per passenger. All cancellation penalties are subject to the vendors Terms and Conditions, which will be located on your invoice.

Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 24 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than noon the day prior to departure for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost as follows:
VPP Voucher Information:
- Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.
- The vouchers are non-transferable and name changes will not be accepted.
- Passengers have one year from original date of travel to rebook and travel using their voucher toward another package to any Vacation Express destination.
- VPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original VPP voucher.
