By submitting payment, I authorize A Dose of Travels LLC to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the amount shown. This payment is for the travel services, planning fees, or products as outlined in the invoice.

I understand that all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by A Dose of Travels LLC. Any requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds are subject to the supplier’s policies and the discretion of A Dose of Travels LLC.

I certify that I am an authorized user of the payment method provided and will not dispute the transaction with my bank or credit card company, so long as the charge aligns with the terms listed on this invoice.

I understand that:

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected changes, cancellations, or emergencies.

• Payments made toward group trips or travel packages are subject to specific cancellation deadlines and supplier terms.

• Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

• In the event of a payment dispute, documentation of the signed invoice and terms will serve as proof of authorization.
