  1. Airfare to Cancun International Airport is NOT included and must be purchased directly from an airline of your choosing. You are required to provide your flight details via email at least 2 weeks before the departure date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your ground transportation. 
  2. Travel Insurance, available for purchase with your reservation
  3. Items of a personal nature
  4. Meals except where noted in itinerary
 
Itinerary:**
 
June 15: Welcome Arrival and check in at the resort. You may explore the resort and see what it has to offer until your room is ready.
Check-In Time: 3:00pm
 
  • Meet & Greet: Reconnect with old friends. Time: TBA
 
June 16:  Pool Party/Beach Games Time: TBD
 
  • Private Yacht or Catamaran Sailing. Time: TBA Location: TBD
 
June 17: Private All White Birthday Dinner 7:00pm - 10:00pm
 
June 18: This day belongs to you. Enjoy the resort, lounge on the beach, plan a day of shopping along the Playa del Carmen’s Famed 5th Avenue
 
  • Farewell Party: This is our last night. Let’s party the night away and reminisce. Time: Location: TBD
 
June 19: Departure. You must confirm your pickup time with Nexus 48 hours before your departure.
Checkout Time: 12pm.

Terms & Conditions:

Please be sure that you have fully read these Terms & Conditions.

A PASSPORT IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT.

Due to strict contractual obligations, without the purchase of travel insurance, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. A $100/per person NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required.

***Both you and your roommate are required to pay the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit within 48 hours. Failure to comply with this provision will result in cancellation of your reservation. No refund will be given.

A courtesy payment reminder will be sent at the beginning of each installment month. Keep in mind that you do not have to wait until 15th to make your payment. You are welcome to make additional payments at any time.  If you wish to use a different card or change your payment date, you must provide your new card information and notification three (3) days before the due date. 

Recommended Payment Schedule for remaining balance (per person on your invoice):

The final due date is May 1, 2023. Any reservations not paid in full by the final payment date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.    Please email info@gallivantworld.com regarding any unforeseen circumstances prior to the final payment date. 

Registration must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Nicknames are not permitted. Any requested name changes/corrections will incur a $30 change fee.

If your reservation is a double occupancy reservation, and your roommate withdraws from the trip, the remaining traveler will be charged the single occupancy rate unless withdrawing roommate is replaced by another traveler.

Any notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to: info@gallivantworld.com. Upon receipt of notification, an email will be sent with instructions on how to pay the MANDATORY cancellation fee.

 

Cancellation policy:

In addition to any penalties assessed by the supplier(s), there will be a MANDATORY $50.00 per person cancellation fee assessed by Gallivant World Travel, LLC if you cancel your travel plans for any reason. Any notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to:  info@gallivantworld.com. Upon receipt of your notification, an email will be sent with instructions on how to pay the MANDATORY cancellation fee. Travel arrangements will NOT be cancelled with the supplier(s) until this fee is paid.
