Friends Gather Together

 

Day 1 — Thursday, November 6

Arrival & Cabin Welcome

  • Arrival day with transportation into Gatlinburg

  • Head into town before settling into our Smoky Mountain retreat

  • Check in, unpack, and get comfortable in shared living spaces

  • Dinner in Downtown Gatlinburg (additional  fees)

  • Themed movie & game night with late-night bites

Day 2 — Friday, November 7

The Harvest Brunch — Main Event

  • Morning swim and Mountain Graceful Walk

  • LUXE Harvest Brunch — the heart of the weekend and our signature Friendsgiving gathering

  • Harvest Hour / Fall Festival & cocktail experience

  • Dinner in Downtown Gatlinburg (traveler’s expense)

 

Meals included: Luxe Harvest Brunch

Day 3 — Saturday, November 8

Friendsgiving Celebration

  • Grab-and-go breakfast

  • Morning Gratefulness Walk

  • Afternoon exploration featuring:

    • SkyBridge experience (included)

    • Optional local activities available at an additional cost

  • Evening leisure and optional dinner plans

Day 4 — Sunday, November 9

Departure Day

  • Morning Gratitude Walk

  • Check out and head back into town for Grab-and-go breakfast

  • Optional stop at Monell’s for lunch ( not included)

  • Return home—until the next experience
