Due Dates:

• July 10th, 2026 $300 deposit must be made by this date to reserve a room.
• July 15th, 2026 Your remaining balance is due.

To be considered a part of Alyssa and Tyler Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Alyssa and Tyler have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Hotel Xcaret Mexico as part of this wedding group.

1. The Adults-Only Suites are located in two different buildings, the Fuego building and the Agua building (Spa rooms). These two sections of the resort only allow guests age 18 and above. If you stay in a different room category other than an Adults-Only room category you will not have access to these buildings.
2. Guests staying in the Agua building do not have access to the Fuego building.
3. Connecting rooms are of limited availability and can only be requested, not guaranteed.
4. Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as ocean view rooms.
5. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to upgrade your room, please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
6. Hotel Xcaret, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only; please contact us if you would like to request double beds. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to receive your requested bed type.
7. September 9th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
8. Prices based on age at time of check-in.

• If you cancel your reservation before July 15th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
• If you cancel your reservation, no show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after July 15th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms

Hotel Xcaret Mexico will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
