Cancellation policy:
The deposit payment of $750 per person is non-refundable. Final payment will be due March 30, 2026, and the entire trip will be non-refundable if you cancel after this date.
We strongly recommend Travel Insurance which could protect you if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We are happy to send you a quote.
Helpful Information:
We have reserved rooms for single or double occupancy. If you are sharing a room, both guests must fill out the registration and payment forms separately. If you are not sharing a room, the single supplement of $1,200 will be added to your final payment.
If you are not a member of IDS, there will be a surcharge of $500 per person. If you would like to become a member of IDS, you can do so at this link: https://interiordesignsociety.org/join and avoid the supplement charge.
