IDS Immersion Trip - Florence October 2025
Join IDS and Full Circle Travel, LLC on an inspiring journey to the birthplace of the Renaissance - Florence, Italy! This will be an intimate group of 20 designers, and you’ll be whisked to exclusive ateliers (we’ll split into two smaller groups for some of these visits for a more intimate experience), eat delicious food and drink local wines, enjoy some of the most famous art in the world, and have time to wander the streets of Florence and explore on your own. You’ll experience amazing craftmanship, stunning views of Tuscany, and and you’ll be doing it in a small group of your peers.
Cancellation policy:
The deposit payment of $750 per person is non-refundable. Final payment will be due July 1, 2025, and the entire trip will be non-refundable if you cancel after July 1, 2025.
We strongly recommend Travel Insurance which could protect you if you need to cancel for a covered reason. We are happy to send you a quote.
Helpful Information:
We have reserved rooms for single or double occupancy. If you are sharing a room, both guests must fill out the registration and payment forms separately. If you are not sharing a room, the single supplement of $1,200 will be added to your final payment.
If you are not a member of IDS, there will be a surcharge of $400 per person. If you would like to become a member of IDS, you can do so at this link: https://interiordesignsociety.org/join and avoid the supplement charge.
