  • It is your responsibility to review the invoice upon receipt to ensure 100% accuracy. Please check thoroughly for any discrepancies or errors. Bohemia Wedding Travel is NOT responsible for errors, or any fees associated with necessary changes after 24 hours of receipt.

  • Wedding Day: Monday, May 25th, 2026
 

Due Dates:

 
  • November 25th, 2025 is the deadline to pay the $300 deposit to reserve your room at Dreams Bahia Mita. 
  • December 1st, 2025 40% of remaining balance is due. 
  • March 1st, 2026 is the due date to receive the remaining balance for your stay.
 

 

Reminders:

To be included in Braylee and Quaylon Wedding Activities, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer contracted group rates that have been secured by Braylee and Quaylon and they will incur penalties for those that book outside of this room block.

 

  1. Individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to attend event(s).
  2. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in. Dreams Bahia Mita, like most resorts, do not guarantee bed sizes for some room types, they are upon request only; the earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
  3. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify your length of stay or upgrade your room to any category please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
  4. For most Resorts, Ocean View rooms generally mean “on ocean side of the Resort”, please consider your Ocean View room may only have a partial Ocean View from the patio/terrace.
  5. March 23rd, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
  6. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
 

 

Cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before January 1st, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between January 1st, 2026 and February 1st, 2026 any room nights cancelled will be charged at 20%.
  • Between February 1st, 2026 and March 1st, 2026 any room nights cancelled will be charged at 40%.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after March 1st, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
 

A 3 night minimum is required.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for refunds based on their terms.

Dreams Bahia Mita will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Dreams Bahia Mita and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Dreams Bahia Mita (Hyatt).
