Booking Your Vacay

Before your trip design begins, a $50 planning fee is required. This covers resort research, pricing analysis, supplier coordination, custom package creation and booking management. This fee is non-refundable and separate from your vacation package total. If you already know the resort you’d like to book, your planning fee is cut in half, since we’re skipping the research phase and moving straight to securing your stay. Planning begins only after this fee is received.

For guests sharing a room, all roommates must submit their deposits on the same day within twelve (12) hours of each other.  If deposits are not received within that window, the initial reservation will be automatically canceled to maintain inventory accuracy. Once all deposits are received and processed, your vacation components are secured immediately. If flights are included, they are ticketed instantly. All bookings become non-refundable once confirmed unless travel insurance is purchased at the time of deposit.

Payments

After your deposit is made, your remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before departure. If you are booking travel within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment plans are available for trips booked outside of the 45-day window. All pricing is subject to change until your deposit is paid.

Final Steps

Once everyone in your room is locked in and your package is secured, we will start curating your experience.  We’ll discuss excursions, dining reservations, celebrations, and itinerary details or feel free to take full advantage of the resort amenities. Both are luxury.

Deposit: $300 per person

Your deposit secures your flights, resort stay, and transportation. Once processed, your package components are purchased immediately.

Best for: Travelers who want everything handled start to finish.

You handle your flight. I handle the rest.

Includes:
• All-Inclusive Resort (unlimited dining & drinks)
• Roundtrip Airport Transfers

Deposit: $50 per person

You will purchase your own flight and submit your details no later than 30 days before departure so transportation can be properly coordinated.

Best for: Travelers who prefer to use points, credits, or shop flights independently.
