Day 1- Monday, October 16: Depart for Israel.

Day 2- Tuesday, October 17: Arrive Ben Gurion International Airport. Transfer to Hotel in Galilee for overnight.

Day 3- Wednesday, October 18: Capernaum, Baptism in Jordan River at Yardenit, Magdala, Korazim, Lunch at Pagoda, Boat ride. Overnight at Hotel in the Galilee.

Day 4- Thursday, October 19: Malkia IDF army Base overlooking Lebanon, Tel Dan, Mount Bental in Golan Heights. Overnight at Hotel in the Galilee. 

Day 5- Friday, October 20: Early Check out of hotel. Har Bracha overview of Shechem, (Mt Gerizim), Mt. Ebal, Elon Moreh. Shabbat evening meal at hotel. Overnight at hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 6- Saturday, October 21: Qumran, Masada with Cable Car, Swim at Dead Sea. Overnight at hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 7- Sunday, October 22: Mt. Of Olives Teaching, City of David, Southern Steps, Western wall. Overnight at hotel in Jerusalem. 7:70 PM Joshua Aaron concert.

Day 8- Monday, October 23: Temple Mount (if permitted), Western wall Tunnels, Antonia Fortress, Jewish Quarter shopping & Free time. Overnight at hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 9-Tuesday, October 24: Yad Vashem, Shiloh.   Overnight at hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 10- Wednesday, October 25: Early Check out of hotel. Wilderness of Zin (Ben Guryon’s Tomb), Ramon Crater Lookout at Mitzpe Ramon, Timna Park & Tabernacle. Border crossing into Jordan near Eilat. Overnight at the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay Aqaba in Jordan.

Day 11- Thursday, October 26: Full day in Petra, Jordan. Overnight at the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay Aqaba in Jordan. Meeting Room for evening meeting.

Day 12- Friday, October 27: Madaba, Mt. Nebo & Jerash. Overnight at Hotel in Amman.

Day 13: Saturday, October 28: Chicago and Newark have early morning flights.  Seattle group transfer to Tel Aviv and have late night flight. 

Day 14: Sunday, October 29:  Seattle group arrives home.

Basic Airport / Flight Information

• Your airline ticket will be issued electronically.  When you arrive to the airport, please be prepared to present a passport to an airline representative in order to receive your boarding pass.
• All group seat assignments are under airport control.  Seat assignments online are not available for groups.  Pre-check in is not available to groups.
• You should arrive at the airport two hours before your flight departs.
• You are allowed one free checked bag and one free carry on.

Luggage (per person) limitations:

• Checked:  weight = 50 pounds max
  Maximum Size:  total of length + width + depth = 62”
• Carry-ons:  you are allowed to bring one piece that will fit in an overhead compartment (up to 14”w x 22”h x 9” deep) plus a smaller piece that will fit under your seat (up to 10”w x 17”h x 9” deep).
• All carry-on luggage items such as liquids, gels and aerosols must be in 3.4 ounce (100ml) or smaller containers.  Larger containers that are half-full or toothpaste tubes rolled up are not allowed.  There is not a limit on the types of liquids, gels and aerosols in your checked baggage.

• For those flying out of Chicago & Newark:   Payment Schedule

  October 16-28, 2023 - $4,885 per person with 2 sharing a room

  Deposits and Payments:   A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required from each traveler along with their reservation form to guarantee the booking as soon as possible.  The remaining balance is due in 3 payments.

  • The first payment of $1,900 is due on May 16, 2023.
  • The second payment of $1,900 is due on July 16, 2023.
  • The final payment of $885 is due on September 16, 2023.

   

• For those traveling from Seattle:  Payment Schedule
  October 16-29, 2023 - $4,995 per person with 2 sharing a room

  Deposits and Payments:   A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required from each traveler along with their reservation form to guarantee the booking as soon as possible.  The remaining balance is due in 3 payments.

  • The first payment of $1,900 is due on May 16, 2023.
  • The second payment of $1,900 is due on July 16, 2023.

• For those traveling on the land package only, air travel not included, the total is $3,585 including the $200 non-refundable deposit.  The first payment of $1,900 is due on May 16, 2023.  The second payment of $1,485 is due on July 16, 2023.
• A supplement of $1,280 for single occupancy must be paid in full with final payment. 
• If you register after July 16, 2023, price of tour may increase.
• Deposit of $200 is required upon registration. The remaining balance can be paid online (with a 4% convenience fee) or by check according to our payment schedule. -
