- Due to contractual obligations, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Pricing is based on a minimum of 11 adults
- Should the group fall below the required 11, prices will be adjusted as the group rates will no longer apply.
- Making a reservation for this package signifies your acceptance of all terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy.
- The hotel may request a credit card for incidentals at check-in.
- A valid US Passport Book with an expiration date six months after the trip
- Important: Starting in 2025, US passport holders traveling to Europe’s Schengen countries (plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway & Switzerland, Monaco, San Marino & Vatican City) will need to obtain a so-called ETIAS permit. The permit application will be available online only, and each traveler will have to complete it at least 72 hours before travel commences. - Payments more than 30 days late will incur a $100 penalty

Currency and Price Fluctuations:
Pricing is based on the current exchange rate(s). Given considerable currency fluctuations, Goway Travel Ltd. reserves the right to apply any necessary surcharges. In the event of any additional fuel surcharges by the Land Suppliers and/or airlines, they reserve the right to add these to the land package and/or airfare costs. Any applicable increases will be advised in writing before the final payment. Prices are guaranteed once the final payment has been made.
