By signing below, I give permission to Awesome Horizons Travel to charge the credit card details provided. I understand that any attempt to dispute charges without first addressing the issue with Awesome Horizons Travel and the service provider will be considered fraudulent behavior.
Awesome Horizons Travel, LLC PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

All participants are required to possess a Valid Passport BOOK. Proof of this is necessary.

Passports must remain valid for at least six months beyond the return date of your trip. (Ex: Your travel dates are January 1-6, 2024. Your passport can not expire before July 6, 2024.)

Awesome Horizons Travel retains the authority to decline service and participation to individuals who do not fully comply with the outlined requirements, pose a potential risk to other participants, or may compromise the integrity of their travel plans through their actions or words. The specified requirements may be adjusted to safeguard the quality and integrity of our events, trips, tours, or any activities organized by Awesome Horizons Travel.

Awesome Horizons Travel requires the following forms to proceed with your travel arrangements; these forms must be returned within 48 hours of your booking request.
- Credit Card Authorization
- Travel Insurance Acknowledgement & Requirement
- Cancellation Policy Acknowledgment

COVID Acknowledgement form, or any other relevant document.
CHANGES/MODIFICATIONS
- A modification is considered but not limited to ANY change that is requested to be made to an existing reservation such as number of guests, name changes, cabin changes, or any other changes.
- All modifications will be assessed a fee of $100 per request per person, per occurrence, plus any additional fees required by the vendor/supplier.
- Modifications made AFTER final payment will be assessed a fee of $150 plus additional fees required by vendor/supplier.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, they will not be accepted if submitted via text, FB, inbox or voicemail .Email: Cancellations@Awesomehorizonstravel.com
- Reservations made without travel protection may be subjected to 100% loss of funds.
- Cruise Tours will be subject to additional penalties and fees.
- Awesome Horizons Travel, LLC will enforce and uphold the cancellation policy/contract of the supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.
- Awesome Horizons Travel, LLC does not have the authority to override the cancellation policy of any supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with whom we have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
- All passengers are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to take out adequate insurance coverage to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness or unforeseen events prior to or during travel.
- In the event of a traveler becoming ill during a tour, trip, and or event, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility and they shall not be entitled to any refund, either total or partial, of passage money paid.
- Travel Insurance is solely the responsibility of the traveler.
