I, the above-named Authorized Credit Card User, give Remarkable Travel Experiences and their Travel Partners authorization to charge my credit card for the purposes detailed above. I understand that this form is a legally binding contract and that by affixing my signature and/or submitting to this form, I will be held responsible for all agreed upon charges. I understand that all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable and understand that I should purchase Travel insurance to protect my investment. I also understand that by submitting this form that I am agreeing to Remarkable Travel Experiences and their Travel Partners Terms and Conditions. I understand that my card will automatically be charged by completing and submitting this form and that I will automatically be enrolled into automatic billing plan unless I send an email to the company to opt-out of automatic billing.
