Payment Schedule & Policies

  • Deposit: $200 per person (non-refundable, applied to balance)

  • Final Payment Due: April 5, 2026

  • After April 8, 2026, reservations are 100% non-refundable.

 

Reservation Changes & Updates

  • Any reservation changes (traveler name corrections, room occupancy changes, or date adjustments) will incur a $65 administrative fee.

  • All changes must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and approval by the resort and travel coordinator.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • After April 8, 2026, all payments are fully non-refundable.

  • Travel insurance is available to protect your investment.
