1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Payments
All payments made toward your reservation are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, unused services, changes in travel plans, or traveler substitution unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Travel Insurance Recommendation
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your travel investment. Coverage may help with trip cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, and baggage issues. Luxe Elite Destinations LLC does not provide insurance but can provide information for third-party travel insurance providers upon request.

3. Price Changes
If airfare is included in the total package cost, pricing is subject to change without notice until airfare has been secured and confirmed. Luxe Elite Destinations LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing due to supplier increases, airfare fluctuations, taxes, fees, or other travel-related cost changes.

4. Reservation Name Requirements
All reservations must be made in the traveler’s full legal name exactly as it appears on the traveler’s government-issued identification and/or passport (if applicable). Luxe Elite Destinations LLC is not responsible for fees, penalties, delays, or denied travel resulting from incorrect name submissions.

5. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Luxe Elite Destinations LLC. Cancellation requests are not considered received until written confirmation has been provided by Luxe Elite Destinations LLC. 

6. Supplier Responsibility & Third-Party Services
Luxe Elite Destinations LLC acts solely as an intermediary for travel suppliers including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, and other service providers. Luxe Elite Destinations LLC is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, supplier bankruptcy, loss of property, injury, accidents, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

7. Changes by Supplier
Travel suppliers reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, schedules, excursions, and pricing without prior notice. Luxe Elite Destinations LLC is not responsible for supplier-initiated changes but will make reasonable efforts to assist clients with available alternatives.

8. Required Travel Documentation
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including valid government-issued identification, passports, visas, vaccination requirements (if applicable), and meeting entry requirements for destinations visited.

9. Chargeback & Payment Disputes
By submitting payment, the traveler acknowledges authorization of charges and agrees to contact Luxe Elite Destinations LLC first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

10. Force Majeure (Unexpected Events)
Luxe Elite Destinations LLC shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, changes, losses, or additional expenses resulting from events outside of its control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Client Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for reviewing confirmations, itineraries, names, travel dates, and booking details immediately upon receipt and reporting any discrepancies within a specified timeframe.

12. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation and/or submitting payment for this travel package, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all Terms & Conditions and cancellation policies established by Luxe Elite Destinations LLC.

Luxe Elite Destinations LLC reserves the right to update these policies at any time without prior notice.
