Did you know manatees are naturally curious creatures? More often than not, manatees will swim right along side your kayak or try to investigate you while snorkeling. Join us on 2 different guided tours to kayak and then swim with manatees. Our certified guides will give an in-depth briefing along with a manatee talk explaining why these beautiful mammals are now on the endangered species list. We will get to know and fall in love with Sea Cows while learning how we can conserve their natural habitat, the species itself, and so much more!
 
Join us for one of the only places in the United States to legally swim with the manatees!!  
 
Note: I have repackaged everything into one --- so you will not see an activity fee separate from the room fee. It's all in one!

I will offer my travel planning services (planning fees are waived for any traveler on my group trips)  to extend the trip before or after the group will be in the area. With so many unique towns in Florida, there's much to see and do.  During the registration process, I ask if you need assistance with flights/rental vehicle, etc. If you would like to have me plan additional nights for you and your family, please indicate so at that part of the booking and I will reach out to you. 
 
Registration Closes: 12/15/2022 or WHEN WE HIT THE  MAX OF 60 TRAVELERS.
Final Payment Due:  12/15/2022
 
Deposit:
$225 per person (nonrefundable).
 
Payment Schedule: 

$175 per family on June  15 

$175  per family on July  15 

$175  per family on August  15 

$175 per family on September  15

$175 per family on October  15

$175 per family on November   15

FINAL PAYMENT (balance of invoice) on December 15

A $25 late payment fee may be applied to invoice if funds are not received 10 days after due date. *****I will work with a family who may not be able to make a monthly payment on time, however, you must reach out to me before it becomes a problem and you must stick to your word that you will be by X date. I know this trip is going to be a huge investment for families so I am willing to work with those who may need some extra time to make payments, but I need to make sure funds are available to pay our vendors.****** 

If you would like to pay more than minimum of $175 per month or pay a lump sum one month, I will manually adjust your invoice to reflect that payment schedule. The key is to meet the minimum of $175 per month, per family to stay in current status with payments.  To request an adjustment to your invoice, email me at brandi@theansweristravel.com. 

 

If you register AFTER 6/15/22, you will need to "catch up" the monthly payments--the deposit will be the initial deposit as stated above PLUS the monthly payment that has been paid up until that point and then you can make regular monthly payments until final due date. The invoice that is calculated during booking has a final due date of 12/15/22. I will email an  updated invoice AFTER the booking is completed which will reflect the above payment schedule. 
 
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Deposit AND membership is NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE regardless of when traveler cancels. 
Activities: 
60 DAYS FROM TRAVEL DATES- 100% IS REFUNDABLE, less registration/deposit fees
45 DAYS FROM TRAVEL DATE- 50% IS REFUNDABLE, less registration/deposit fees.
30 DAYS FROM TRAVEL DATE- 0% IS REFUNDABLE
 

 

 
If due to unforeseen circumstances, TAIT has to RESCHEDULE a trip, all travelers who are not able to make the NEW DATE will be refunded 100% of amounts paid towards the trip, less a $25 per person fee.

    • Travel insurance- a quote will be provided after booking (optional but highly recommended). To give an idea of cost, a family of three (3) one adult, two children, insuring a trip for $1200.00, base rates start at $32. Adding cancel for any reason will increase your rate by  approximately $40, and adding interrupt for any reason  will increase your rate by approximately $10. A quote will be provided after registration for each individual family.

 Wednesday, February 7, 2023:

We will end our time in the Crystal River area with kayaking. We will be heading to Universal after lunch on this day.

Manatee Kayaking. All equipment will be provided. Safety guidelines will be discussed before kayaking.  NO CHILD under the age of 13  will be in a kayak without a parent/chaperone.

Diagon Alley brings to life some of the experiences and places found in and around London in the Harry Potter books and films. It features shops, a restaurant, and an innovative attraction based on Gringotts Bank in addition to many more themed attractions. Diagon Alley includes:
