Host Hotel Info:

We are thrilled to offer two distinct host hotel experiences for our 2026 Soulful House Weekender. Both hotels are in a Prime Location in Waikiki Beach, putting you exactly where you want to be.

They are just an 8-minute walk from eachother. 

​Please Note: While the hotels are close, they are separate properties. Amenities—including pool access and fitness centers etc.—are only for the guests staying at that specific hotel.

To ensure our community stays together, we have negotiated Limited-Time Group Discounted Rates at both properties. Compare and lock in your favorite vibe at booking. Whichever one you choose, the deposit remains the same.

Important: Check-In & Credit Card Info

​While your room will be pre-paid upon your arrival, the hotel will still ask for a credit card when you check in. Here is what you need to know:

• ​Incidentals: The hotel will place a "hold" on your card. This is a standard practice to cover any extra charges you might make, like room service or shop purchases.
• ​The Hold Amount: Expect a hold of roughly $115–$140 per night. This isn't a final charge—the money is just "frozen" and will be released after you check out.
• ​Credit vs. Debit: We strongly recommend using a major credit card. If you use a debit card, the bank actually removes that cash from your available balance, and it can take several days after you leave for them to put it back. A credit card hold is much faster and won't affect your daily spending money!

Flight Information: 

• ​Arrival Timing: We highly recommend booking your flights to arrive by Thursday September 10, 2026 before 5pm, so you have plenty of time to check in and join us for the All Access Event Check in & Meet & Greet Welcome Reception.

 

• ​Early Arrival & Time Zones: If you choose to arrive a day early to adjust to the time zone or simply want to extend your time on the island, our room block is set up to accommodate extra days both before and after the event dates at our discounted rates (subject to availability). You would just request this on our group booking page to learn availability and request a custom quote for the additional days. 

 

Booking Tips: 

 

Flight prices can vary significantly. To secure the best rates, consider setting up email alerts with a fare tracker like Google Flights.

• If you’re interested in flexible payment plans for your airfare, check out sites such as  Airfordable.com or PayLaterTravel.com. While these companies do charge an extra fee, they help you lock in your lowest fares and allow you to spread payments over time (No credit check required).
•  It's also advisable to book your flight early, but not too soon! Generally, prices tend to be lowest **3 to 4 months** before departure. 

 

 

​Travel Documents Information:

​Passport/ID Information: For U.S. Citizens, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for domestic travel to Hawaii. Please ensure your ID is REAL ID compliant by the travel date to avoid any issues.

Non-U.S. Citizens & International Visitors:

• ​Valid Passport: All international visitors must present a valid passport. It is highly recommended that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date.

• ​Visa or ESTA: Depending on your country of citizenship, you may need a visitor visa or an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) if your country participates in the Visa Waiver Program.

• ​Permanent Residents: U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) do not need a passport to travel to Hawaii but must carry their valid Permanent Resident Card.

• ​Canadian Citizens: Canadian citizens generally do not require a visa but must present a valid Canadian passport for entry.
