Payment Schedule:

June 1st, 2025 $100 deposit due to reserve a room.

June 10th, 2025 40% of room purchase is due.

August 10th, 2025 Remaining balance due.
Itinerary:
- Wedding Day- Friday, October 31st, 2025.
Cancellation policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before June 10th, 2025 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
- You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between June 10th, 2025 and July 10th, 2025, by 30% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 30% a penalty of 20% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
- You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between July 10th, 2025 and August 10th, 2025, by 20% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. If you exceed the allowed 20% a penalty of 40% will apply to the remainder of the cancelled room nights.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after August 10th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.
