Vacation Express Package

By making a reservation and submitting payment toward your Grenada Hosted Group Trip with Divas Destinations, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Divas Destinations Concierge Services

Your reservation includes Divas Destinations’ Signature Concierge Services, providing personalized vacation planning, reservation management, payment monitoring, supplier communication, hosted group coordination, and support before, during, and after your vacation.

A $100 Divas Destinations Planning & Concierge Service

is included with every reservation. This one-time fee covers the professional planning and concierge services provided by Divas Destinations and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reservations & Deposits

A reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and accepted by Vacation Express.

Reservation availability and pricing are subject to change until your deposit has been processed.

Divas Destinations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation that violates these Terms & Conditions.

Payment Plans

Monthly payments are available for your convenience.

Although TravelJoy may send automatic payment reminders, it remains the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all payments are made on time.

Your payment schedule is provided on your invoice.

The final payment is due September 4, 2026.

Failure to pay your reservation in full by the final payment deadline may result in cancellation by Vacation Express.

Late Payments

Reservations not paid in full by the final payment deadline may be canceled by Vacation Express.

If Vacation Express permits your reservation to be reinstated after the final payment deadline, a $100 Divas Destinations Late Payment Administrative Fee per reservation will apply.

This fee is separate from any supplier-imposed reinstatement fees or penalties.

Late payment requests must be submitted in writing before the final payment deadline and are subject to approval.

Price Changes

Vacation package prices are subject to change until your deposit has been received.

Once your reservation is confirmed, pricing is guaranteed unless Vacation Express imposes additional government taxes, fuel surcharges, supplier adjustments, or other mandatory charges beyond the control of Divas Destinations.

Travel Protection

Divas Destinations strongly recommends purchasing Vacation Express Travel Protection to protect your vacation investment.

Vacation Express Travel Protection purchased within seven (7) days of your initial deposit qualifies for the Cash Refund Benefit, allowing eligible refunds for covered cancellations to be returned to your original form of payment, subject to the terms of the Vacation Express protection plan.

Travel Protection purchased after the initial seven-day period may still be available before the supplier’s eligibility deadline; however, eligible reimbursements may be issued as a Vacation Express future travel credit rather than a refund to the original form of payment.

Clients declining Vacation Express Travel Protection understand they are responsible for any supplier cancellation fees, hotel penalties, or non-refundable charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

The $100 Divas Destinations Signature Experience Fee is non-refundable.

Vacation packages are governed by the cancellation and refund policies of Vacation Express.

If you choose to cancel your reservation, Divas Destinations will assist with processing your cancellation through Vacation Express.

As of the publication of these Terms & Conditions:

• Cancellations requested before August 4, 2026 are currently subject to a $25 Vacation Express cancellation fee, with no hotel cancellation penalty.
• Cancellation penalties after August 4, 2026 may increase based on Vacation Express and hotel policies.

Because supplier policies may change, Divas Destinations will contact Vacation Express to obtain the exact cancellation amount before processing your cancellation request.

A $25 Divas Destinations Cancellation Processing Fee applies to all voluntary cancellations.

This fee covers:

• Communication with Vacation Express
• Obtaining cancellation penalties
• Processing cancellation requests
• Updating reservation records
• Providing cancellation confirmation

This fee is separate from and in addition to any Vacation Express cancellation fees or supplier penalties.

Administrative Fees

The following administrative fees apply:

• Signature Experience Fee – $100
• Cancellation Processing Fee – $25 per reservation
• Late Payment Administrative Fee – $100 per reservation
• Name Change Administrative Fee – $100 per person plus any Vacation Express fees

Name Changes

Reservations must be made using your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport.

Any name corrections or changes are subject to Vacation Express approval.

Approved name changes will incur a $100 Divas Destinations Administrative Fee per traveler, plus any fees assessed by Vacation Express.

Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents.

Passports should remain valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for denied boarding or denied entry due to improper documentation.

Airfare

Unless specifically stated otherwise, airfare is not included.

Travelers purchasing airfare independently are responsible for selecting flights that coordinate with the scheduled airport transfers.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for missed flights, airline schedule changes, or additional transportation expenses resulting from independently booked airfare.

Airport Transfers

Roundtrip airport transfers included in your package are based upon the flight information provided to Vacation Express.

Failure to submit accurate flight information may result in delayed or unavailable transfers.

Hosted Group Activities

Your package includes participation in Divas Destinations hosted events.

Group activities are subject to change due to weather, vendor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

No refunds will be issued for missed group activities due to late arrival, illness, personal scheduling conflicts, or voluntary non-participation.

Traveler Conduct

Divas Destinations is committed to providing a positive, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all travelers.

Disruptive, abusive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from group activities without refund.

Travelers are responsible for any damages caused to hotels, transportation providers, or suppliers.

Photography & Media Release

Photographs and videos may be taken during the trip for promotional purposes.

By participating in this hosted group trip, you grant Divas Destinations permission to use photographs and videos in future marketing unless written notice is provided before departure.

Supplier Responsibility

Divas Destinations serves solely as an independent travel advisor.

Vacation Express, Royalton Grenada Resort & Spa, airlines, transportation companies, and other travel suppliers are responsible for delivering the travel services purchased.

Divas Destinations is not responsible for supplier delays, cancellations, schedule changes, mechanical failures, weather events, labor strikes, government actions, or other events beyond our control.

Force Majeure

Divas Destinations shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.

Refunds resulting from these events remain subject to Vacation Express policies.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment toward this reservation, you authorize Divas Destinations to process payments according to your selected payment schedule.

You certify that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided and agree not to dispute charges that are processed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance

By submitting your deposit or any subsequent payment toward your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies of Vacation Express.
