- International flight to and from V.C. Bird International Airport (ANU)
- All-Inclusive full day catamaran lunch cruise (includes lunch and open bar)
- Travel insurance (offered at time of booking - very highly recommended)
- Tourism levy and resort fees (see the fine print below for details)

- Day 1 (8/6): Arrivals

The Fine Print (Please read carefully):
- PAYMENT PLAN: If selecting the payment plan, you MUST accept the auto-payment option when reserving your spot
- A government tourism levy of $5 per person, per night and a $24 per room, per night resort fee are required. These fees are not included in your package price and must be paid directly at the resort upon check-in.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Your travel package is nonrefundable/nontransferable. Travel insurance is not mandatory yet highly recommended. With travel insurance, should you need to cancel, you can file a claim against your travel insurance policy. Depending on the reason for your cancellation, you may be reimbursed between 80-100% of your payments toward your trip. The insurance cost is customized according to your vacation cost, age and state of residency. In the event that a natural disaster, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, or severe weather conditions, prevents Coconut and Concrete Travel from fulfilling its obligations under this agreement, including the provision of travel services or accommodations, Coconut and Concrete Travel shall promptly notify affected clients of the situation and the impact on their bookings. Coconut and Concrete Travel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by such natural disaster. Clients affected by cancellations due to the natural disaster will need to submit a claim against their travel insurance if they have opted to purchase insurance.
- CHANGE POLICY: There is a $50 fee to make any name, room category or roommate change to your reservation, there may also be an increase in your overall travel package rate as well.
- For double occupancy rooms: Two beds will be requested but cannot be guaranteed.
- Convenience fee: Card payments include a small convenience fee charged by the payment processor for secure online processing.
- Final payment is due June 15, 2026; there is a late payment fee of $100 for payments made after final payment date up to April 20, 2026. Trips not paid in full after this date will be canceled without refund.
