Cancellation Policy
All cancellations, whether by an individual traveler or for the entire reservation, are subject to a $75 per person Wishful Escapes cancellation fee, in addition to any penalties assessed by the travel supplier. This fee is not covered by travel insurance and must be paid prior to cancellation processing.
Important: All rates are based on double occupancy. If your roommate cancels, you will be responsible for the full cost (200%) of the cruise fare, unless you secure a replacement traveler.
Cancellation Penalties:

The initial deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Cancellations made March 22 – April 4, 2027: 50% penalty applies.

Cancellations made April 5 – May 4, 2027: 75% penalty applies.

Cancellations made after May 5, 2027: 100% of the total cost is nonrefundable.
Late Payment Fee Acknowledgement
(There are no late fees on monthly payments, only the final payment)
A $100 late fee per payment will be assessed for every payment received after the final due date. Failure to pay the balance of the reservation within 7 days of final due date will result in automatic cancellation of all passengers in the same itinerary.
Travel Document Requirement
A valid US passport is not required but it is highly recommended. You may cruise with a US birth certificate and photo id.
Travel Protection(Insurance)
Travel Protection is highly recommended to help protect your vacation investment. Travel Protection is not mandatory.
Travel protection is NOT included in the rate and is an additional cost.
Important Note
Transportation to Port Canaveral is not included and is the responsibility of the guests. Pre-Cruise arrangements can be made through Wishful Escapes.
Reservations are not processed until we receive a form from all parties of a reservation.
Due to constant changes , pricing and availability is subject to change even prior to the deadline listed. If the pricing has changed, your travel agent will notify you before payment processing.
Wishful Escapes is unable to service any reservations not made with our agency, this includes excursions and dining arrangements unless prior notice is given.
