Due Dates:

• September 15th, 2026 $300 deposit due to reserve a room.
• September 20th, 2026 1 night of room purchase must be paid.
• October 20th, 2026 Remaining balance due.

To be considered a part of Aubriana and Chase’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). Aubriana and Chase have secured contracted group rates and they will incur penalties for any guest that books outside of this room block. Please consider as well that individual reservations booked outside the room block, may have to purchase a wedding guest pass to any attend event(s) at Iberostar.

1. Specific buildings, specific rooms, specific views, adjacent rooms or room numbers are not guaranteed but may be requested at check-in.
2. If the room you want has sold out, or if you would like to modify the length of your stay or upgrade your room to any category of the hotel please contact hello@bohemiaweddingtravel.com for pricing and availability.
3. Iberostar, like most resorts, does not guarantee bed sizes, they are upon request only. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your requested bed type.
4. Some rooms with a partial ocean view from the patio/balcony may be categorized as ocean view rooms.
5. November 12th, 2026 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
6. Modifications to your room category are possible but response times from resorts can take weeks. It is recommended that you select your room category with accuracy.
7. Child occupancy rate is applied only when two or more adults are occupying a room.
8. Maximum 2 free children per room ages 0 - 2.
9. Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
10. Please consider a Sanitation Tax of $33.94 Mexican Pesos per room per night is applicable to all rooms, and will be charged upon check-in

• If you cancel your reservation before September 20th, 2026 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room.
• Between September 20th, 2026 and October 20th, 2026 any reduction or cancellation will incur a 1-night penalty per room.
• Between October 20th, 2026 and November 1st, 2026 any reduction or cancellation will incur a 2-night penalty per room.
• Between November 1st, 2026 and November 20th, 2026 any reduction or cancellation will incur a 3-night penalty per room.
• If you cancel your reservation, no-show or reduce the number of nights or travelers after November 20th, 2026, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance providers terms.

Iberostar will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
