• The cost of passports or visa which are both required to enter Cuba

• Gratuities:  Tipping is strongly encouraged for wait staff, housecleaners, and drivers; average is 10%

 

Additional Activities available (CUC is the Cuban currency) – The cost of these activities is NOT included in your quote price and would be additional should you elect to partake in any of them.

Additional Important Travel Quote Details:

 All trip installment payments will paid in equal installment amounts and will be automatically debited monthly from guest(s) bank account via PayPal.  Thus, an automatic debit authorization for the monthly installment payments must be approved by each guest.

• XTD does NOT ISSUE REFUNDS .  For this reason, XTD Travel Club HIGHLY RECOMMENDS that guest procure travel insurance  via our complementary travel insurance portal on our website HERE
• A passport is required to travel to Cuba. Please visit the link on our website for all the information you need to procure your passport and other important travel information.  if you do not currently have a passport or your passport has expired, please note that the current processing time for passports is 10 to 12 wks.   Expedited passport processing time is currently running 4 to 6 wks.  For more information on passports go HERE.
• A Visa is also required to travel to Cuba (cost: approx.. $50 USD) – and XTD Travel Club will provide the details on this once the booking has been secured with your deposit.
• Once your deposit and signed quote has been received, XTD travel Club will setup your group which includes your own group Xceptional Travel email address. You will also be required to:
• Complete all XTD Forms – You will be provided with a link to use to complete the online forms.
• Authorize XTD Travel Club to setup your automatic monthly payment debit authorization via PayPal.  Note: You can opt to pay your trip in full at the time of booking.  If this is done, no automatic payment authorization is required.
• Current currency conversion rate is  $1 USD to $1 CUC dollar** - Currency conversion rates fluctuate and are subject to change.  As such the conversion rate listed was as of  March 7, 2021.
