$5,461 – Single Occupancy
$750 deposit – Due at registration (secures your spot)
Remaining balance – Divided into equal monthly payments based on when your deposit is received
Final payment due – April 1, 2026

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you must cancel your trip, the person who signed the booking form or is responsible for the trip arrangements must notify us immediately in writing.

Your cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written notice. All cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total tour price, including any extras booked for your trip.

60 days or more before departure: Loss of deposit (non‑refundable)
59–31 days before departure: 50% of total price is non‑refundable
30–16 days before departure: 75% of total price is non‑refundable
15 days or less before departure: 100% of total price is non‑refundable

💡 Travel Tip: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment in case of unexpected cancellations, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Entry Requirements – Ghana

Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
Visa: A valid Ghana visa must be obtained before travel.
Vaccination: Proof of yellow fever vaccination is required for entry.

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for securing your passport, visa, and vaccinations before travel. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding or entry with no refund.

• Non‑Refundable Payments: All payments, including deposits, are non‑refundable and non‑transferable after the grace period stated in your invoice.
• Late Payment Policy: $75 late fee after 5‑day grace period; payments 45+ days overdue may result in cancellation and forfeiture of all funds paid.
• Change Fees: $100 per modification, plus any applicable vendor fees.
• Roommate Policy: You are responsible for any added costs if your roommate cancels or fails to pay.
• Travel Documents & Health Requirements: You are responsible for meeting all entry, vaccination, and testing requirements for your itinerary.
