WHAT IF I JUST WANT TO ATTEND THE EVENTS BUT NOT STAY AT THE CAMPGROUND?
We are charged for every human being that steps foot on the campground; purchase a general admission ticket, and you can choose to stay or come and go as you please throughout the weekend.
ARE THERE REFUNDS? HOW DO TRANSFERS WORK?
There are no refunds. Tickets (general admission) are transferable to other people, other Urban Camp Weekend events, or Urban Events Global events. Transfers and name changes are $65 per ticket. The deadline for all transfers is 45 days before the event. If you purchase/sell a ticket, it’s your responsibility to make sure the $65 fee has been paid, and the ticket is actually transferable.
TENT SET-UP INFORMATION…
Tents are set up on a first come first serve basis anywhere that’s not already roped off specifically by UCW. Well over 94% of our guests will be pitching a tent, so the earlier you arrive, the better.
IS FOOD INCLUDED?
We have various food vendors with food for sale. A lot of campers will bring their own food, grills, etc. In addition, campers will have access to their vehicles and can come and go to purchase food in the city.
WHERE DO I PARK?
When you pull into the campground, staff will direct you where to park. You will NOT be able to drive to your spot and unload this year, due to the number of campers. Cars that are not properly parked will be towed at the owner’s expense. ONLY THURSDAY ARRIVALS WILL BE ABLE TO “BRIEFLY” UNLOAD NEAR THEIR ACTUAL CAMPING SPOT.
I HEAR IT’S SUPPOSED TO RAIN (OR BE REALLY HOT/COLD)?
Yes, it’s mother nature, and this is a camping trip. We can not control mother nature. We suggest you dress and pack accordingly.
REGISTRATION TIMES!!!
Registration times are very important. Our registration on Thursday and Friday ENDS at 7:00 PM. Any cars showing up later than those times may have to wait until the next day. In other words, showing up at midnight to 3am in the morning no longer works.
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE, AND DOES THE PRICE CHANGE?
*NEW – UCW tickets are online year-round. Ticket prices will increase on the 1st of each month, leading up to the event. The amount of the increase will be based on the number of tickets left to be sold for the event.
ARE THERE SHOWERS?
Of course. There are multiple covered showers on the grounds.
CAN I RENT AN RV OR 5TH WHEEL?
Yes, there are several companies that will deliver an RV to camp for you, and set it up. They typically cost +$100 a night to rent.

Here are a few of our favorite rental companies (let them know you’ll need a generator and have them fill it with water; we have extra water available for you!):
*We recommend your RV arrival for Thursday. We won’t charge you extra to have it dropped off early, however, YOU must purchase a Thursday ticket if YOU decide to show up early.
As a reminder, dry camping/boondocking rv’s and 5th wheels will need to provide their own generators and have their water tanks full on delivery.
Steps to renting an RV with Urban Camp Weekend:
1. Purchase an RV space on the website (main area or further away in the overflow area)
2. Purchase a UCW general admission ticket on UCW’s website (per person)
3. Rent an RV thru a selected company or bring your own RV

5. The person renting the RV must be on site to receive it and do the walk-thru; Urban Camp Weekend will not accept the liability.

Thursday Camp Fee – This ticket is for those wanting to arrive early, and have already purchased a regular general admission ticket. Print your receipt and show at the gate. Each person must pay to enter the campground; it is not per car. WE DO NOT SELL TICKETS AT THE GATE.

The tent and cot/mattress rental will include a 4-person pop-up tent (usually 55 to 65 square feet or measuring 8 x 7.5 feet) and a cot or air mattress approximately 30 inches wide by 75 inches long. The mattresses and cots are designed for one person and may vary slightly in length and width. The pop-up tents are typically easy to assemble in less than 10 minutes.
Upon arrival at registration, you will pick up your tent and cot and will be responsible for setting them up. At the conclusion of the event, you are welcome to leave everything in place; however, we kindly request that you ensure the area is left clean. Rest assured, we will have a dedicated team available to handle the disassembly and packing of all rental equipment. Your cooperation in maintaining cleanliness is greatly appreciated. If you have any further inquiries, feel free to ask.
While we do not impose restrictions on the number of occupants in your tent, we advise considering that a 4-person pop-up tent is most comfortable for two individuals. We recommend against exceeding this capacity for optimal comfort and enjoyment during your stay.
