We understand that plans can change. Please review the following cancellation policy before securing your reservation:
1. Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes payments made to hold your space, cover administrative costs, and secure accommodations and activities on your behalf.
2. Cancellation Timeline & Penalties:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Penalties are based on the date we receive your cancellation request:

270+ days prior to departure – Loss of deposit only

91-269 days prior to departure – 50% of the total trip cost

0–90 days prior to departure – 100% of the total trip cost (no refund)
3. Flights (If Applicable):
If flights are added to your package, please note that airlines have their own separate cancellation and change policies. These may include non-refundable tickets, name change restrictions, change fees, or travel credit limitations. We will follow the terms set by the airline at the time of cancellation or modification.
4. Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes, illness, or emergencies. Some packages may include coverage options or require proof of insurance.
5. Name Changes / Transfers:
Name changes may be allowed up to 45 days before departure for a fee (subject to supplier policies and availability). After that, name changes are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
6. Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events outside of our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, flight interruptions, or government restrictions). Refunds in such cases will follow the policies of our vendors and suppliers.
