Important Notes:
- The Wedding Day is: Sunday, May 7, 2028 - Please arrive before this date.
- There is a 3-night minimum required for the group block.
- Rooms in the room block are guaranteed for the booking window of May 4 to May 8, 2028. If you wish to book any other of the wedding week dates outside this window, please contact maricela@bohemiaweddingtravel.com to request those additional nights.
- You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.
- Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
- Hyatt Ziva Cancun is family friendly. The Turquoize Ocean Front Master rooms are adults only (18+), and Swim Up rooms are for guests 13 and older (based on age at time of check-in).
- March 4, 2028 is the final date to reassign rooms to a different name or adjust the dates reserved.
Payment Schedule:
- $300 non-refundable deposit is due per room at booking
- Final RSVP date & 2nd payment (30% of your room total) is due: November 22, 2027
- 3rd payment (20% of your room total) is due: January 10, 2028
- Remaining balance is due: February 24, 2028
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before November 22, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
- Between November 22, 2027 and January 10, 2028 any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged 30% of your original room total.
- Between January 11, 2028 and February 24, 2028 any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged 50% of your original room total.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 24, 2028, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance provider's terms.
Hyatt Ziva Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hyatt Ziva Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
Child Policies:
- Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
- Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
- Children ages 0 - 2 stay free.
- Children ages 3 - 12 are $120 per child, per night.
- Children over 12 are charged the adult rate.
- When 1 adult and children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
- Children under 13 are not allowed in Swim Up rooms, and the Turquoize Ocean Front Master rooms are adults only (18+).
