Book Your Room For Marykate and Neil's Wedding At Hyatt Ziva Cancun
All bookings are manually reviewed before your credit card is processed and the booking is sent to the resort. Please allow 48 hours to process your booking and send the confirmation.
Important Notes:
- The Wedding Day is: Sunday, May 7, 2028 - Please arrive before this date.

There is a 3-night minimum required for the group block.
- You can choose a longer length of stay, but note that bookings longer than 3 nights are not guaranteed, until your booking confirmation is sent. We will notify you if your chosen category doesn't have the longer length of stay available. Please wait to book your flight until we have sent your hotel confirmation.
Payment Schedule:
Please note the following payment schedule in your own calendar:
- $300 non-refundable deposit is due per room at booking
- Final RSVP date & 50% of your room total is due: November 11, 2027
- Remaining balance is due: February 23, 2028
Note: You can make larger payments before the due dates.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel your reservation before November 11, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
- Between November 11, 2027 and February 23, 2028 any reductions or cancelled room nights or guests will be charged at 50%.
- If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after February 23, 2028, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance provider's terms.
Hyatt Ziva Cancun will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Hyatt Ziva Cancun and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.
