Zoom Call:
An initial Zoom call will be held approximately 6 months prior to departure and a second Zoom approximately 45 days prior to departure. Otherwise, communication will be conducted primarily though email. You can contact us through email or by phone. Your call or email will be responded to within 48 hours.
Cancellation policy:
Deposits are non-refundable. If the trip is cancelled less than 120 days from the date of the trip, cancellations costs will be 60% of the total funds collected.
