Booking Process Summary – Destinations with Dio / Dionna Dorsey
Trip Inquiry Form:
Select your travel dates, budget, and any key trip details.
You may also name a specific resort if you already have one in mind.
I will suggest multiple resorts that align with your preferences and budget — options I have personally experienced, booked for clients, or heard great things about.
Clients are encouraged to research suggested resorts on TikTok, YouTube, and TripAdvisor.
Agency Fee:
A non-refundable fee is required before planning begins.
This covers research, planning, and booking — it’s the only fee paid outside of your package.
No services will be rendered until this fee is paid.
Be sure to double-check your contact info to avoid missed quotes.
Receiving Quotes:
Expect quotes within 7 days of submitting your form and paying your fee.
If not received, check spam/junk folders or reach out to Dionna directly (in case of contact errors).
Booking Your Package:
Everyone in the same room must pay their deposit on the same day.
Once deposits are paid, the travel package (flight, hotel, transportation) is booked immediately and becomes non-refundable, unless travel insurance is purchased.
Travel insurance (recommended) must be added at the time of deposit.
Insurance allows for cancellation and a refund (minus the insurance cost and a $50 fee).
Costs range from $99–$250 per person based on travel details.
Final Payments:
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your trip.
If you’re traveling within 30 days, full payment is required upfront.
Payment plans are available if booking earlier.
Prices are not guaranteed until deposit is paid, so booking sooner is best.

Once your trip is confirmed, I will help plan excursions and your itinerary — unless you choose to just relax at the resort!
