A registration form & deposit is required for every person traveling.

Everyone must complete their own registration form & deposit.

Example - 2 people are sharing a room = 2 separate registration forms & 2 separate deposits.

You will select 1 traveler on each form! 

Monthly payments are required & due on or before the 13th of every month to avoid trip cancellation. Invoices are sent out via email monthly, if you don’t receive yours, please check your spam. If payment date adjustments are needed, please contact me before the due date on your invoice.

There is a $100 per person reinstatement fee applied to reinstate any canceled booking. It is not guaranteed that your booking can be reinstated. Please check your emails frequently as all correspondence for this trip before travel will be via email.
Also there is a $100 per person late fee if payments are not made by the final payment date. Late fee will automatically be added to your invoice the day after the final payment due date. Late payments are not guaranteed to be accepted.

The hotel may require a credit card deposit at check-in for incidentals.

All prices are subjected to change until deposits are paid for each guest sharing a room.

 It is highly advised for both roommates to pay your deposits at the same time. Per person rates are based upon double occupancy (2 people sharing a room). Single occupancy rates = no roommate.

Deposits are due at the time of registration. Make sure your roommate is ready to pay their deposit before submitting a registration. If your roommate deposit isn't received within 24 hours or if your roommate cancels,  your booking will be switched to the single occupancy rate automatically.

All deposits & payments are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Valid Passports are Required!

Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your scheduled return date.

The full itinerary & private Facebook group will be disbursed by email 30 days prior to travel. Itinerary is subjective to change.

That travel protection insurance is NOT included in your package, but we strongly suggest purchasing a policy to protect your investment and provide peace of mind.
It is generally suggested to purchase within 5 days of paying your deposit for the most coverage options.
